Description of Work: They painted the exterior of the house and did a good job. | |We also made arrangements and paid them in advance to remove an old deck on the 2nd story, outside our bedroom. We said we would call in a few months to have it done, but it turned out being about 6 months, before we called. We were concerned that we might have a problem because we had waited so long. But not so...They honored our agreement without without a hitch. They removed the old deck and all of the waste material. We found them to be a pleasure to work with and were happy with their work.

 + -1 moreA Plus and I had a little trouble getting together to arrange inspection and estimate due to A Plus owner, David, working out of town during the time I tried to contact him, but we finally got together. David provided an estimate for the work for the work including an hourly rate for work discovered after demolition. He and his crew showed up on time, performed the work, and cleaned up the area in a professional manner.
Description of Work: Removed roofing from a 15 x 24 foot flat roof and installed new 4-ply mop down roof and flashing. Repaired leaks in 4 other areas of shingled roof by caulking and flashing. Cut and flashed exposed beams to prevent water from damaging them.

 + -1 moreThey were the low bidder of those we compared. They also offered to recolor the tile which many companies won't do. That saved us about 3500 dollars because we didn't have to replace them. They did everything they said they would, and were very friendly and easy to deal with. After they pulled off the job there were some loose ends, and they came back and fixed them. They are A plus people to deal with.
Description of Work: We have a concrete tile roof that was 25 years old. They removed the entire roof and put some Fiberglas reinforcement. They put in new flashings, and then reinstalled the entire roof correctly.

 + -1 moreDavid Doyer (owner) gave me an estimate. I paid for the materials directly. His son, Jose, is on the job site. He is very professional and pleasant. They performed the work on time. There were a few issues with the coating that required them to come back. They did so immediately with no questions asked. The problem was corrected to my satisfaction. He wrote a letter for my insurance company helping to get my claim covered due to the wildfires. He really went above and beyond and I appreciate all the work he did for us! Thank you!
Description of Work: Removed existing tile, installed new underlayment, flashings, broken tile, etc. Treated old tiles and coated with American Tile Roof Coating. I have a "brand new" roof for a fraction of the cost! Estimates for a brand new roof were over $18,000. I saved $7,000 and basically got a brand new roof without filling the landfill with my "old" tile.
