I have to give the guys kudos for their perseverance installing the lock. Due to a measurement miscalculation, the job which may have been done in an hour or so took many more hours to install. The initial installer was an absolute gentleman and did not leave the premise, not even for lunch, during the many hours he attempted to get the delicate job done. With help from his associate, the job was completed and the lock is functioning properly and the gate is secure. I was touched by their kindness and professionalism!

I had to reschedule the first appointment due to a tenant not vacating as scheduled. The technician was extremely understanding especially since the appointment was on a Saturday and he had worked to accommodate my request. He did not charge me for the service time. I called the following Monday to reschedule. Unfortunately, there was a glitch and the appointment did not get into the system. The day of the appt. I called the office and they worked very diligently to get someone there. They succeeded and the technician was great, and worked me into his schedule last minute. I highly recommend this company, as they are extremely professional in both the quality of their work, professionalism and follow-through. This was my first time using the service and I will definitely use them again.

The worker was on time, he first looked at all the doors and then did the re-key quickly. While I was checking his work, he found on door that had a broken tumbler. He offered to replace free of charge. He spent time showing me how to use each lock and gave advise on securing home while on vacation as well. He was very nice and patient in answering my questions.

A-Advanced went above and beyond my expectations. Aaron came out and was super nice and efficient. We have a multi-unit and multiple sets of keys that correspond to different doors (we want to be able to provide access for our nanny but don't want to re-key all the locks if she leaves). Aaron was great about understanding what we were asking for and making the changes. He even identified that one of our gate doors was missing some of his pins - since he didn't have the pins in his van, he came back and fixed it later - gratis! I really appreciated the additional service they offered and would definitely use and recommend them again.

The Technician, Nestor, arrived on time! Actually, he arrived early. I informed him of the problem we were having with the latch on the front door not retracting all the way which made it difficult to get in without a lot of work to get in. I also mentioned that the deadbolt was difficult to turn and getting the key out as well. Once the hardware was removed Nester informed me that the spring in the latch was broken and the deadbolt mechanism both need replacing. He offered to contact SD Hardware (or I could contact them) and give me a quote on replacement of hardware (if SD Hardware offered replacement) or brand new hardware. He worked to try and make it easier to operate. He also changde the lock on the front door and the security door so that we'd use one key for either entry and gave me an extra set of keys!. He was very professional and work diligently and was so very pleasant! Once we obtain the replacement hardware (or the new hardware) my intention is to call A-Advanced for installation.

Very professional service. Nelson the locksmith came on time, completed the job in a timely manner and even changed out the door knob that was broken at no extra charge. Nelson was very courteous and friendly. He did a great job. I recommend this service if you need your doors re-keyed.

I had been having trouble with opening and shutting the top drawer of my file cabinet which escalated into a problem with the lock being out of alignment and then finally not being able to lock the cabinet at all. Aaron arrived on time even though my unit is hard to find. He first removed the drawers to trouble shoot and then methodically adjusted the hardware, refining the adjustments in several steps so that the drawers shut properly and the lock was able to engage and lock smoothly and securely. I liked his approach and the final price was most fair with a promise to return if any problems with the repair developed. Can't speak for all of their locksmiths but I was very pleased with Aaron's professionalism and manner.
