It didn't. I never called or hired this contractor but there is not option to indicate that in the review and I'm tired of getting these requests so I'm submitting this

Great...the three re-keyed locks work well and our main entryway lock-set operates as new. We set-up an appointment, but Cody finished his preceding job earlier than expected. He phoned us 1/2 hr. before our scheduled time period and asked if he could come 1/2 hr early. Overall, this transaction was a great experience. Cody is very professional, polite, friendly and fast. We thought we received great value for the money spent.

Front door handle was broken. Deadbolt was ok. They replaced the handle that I bought from Home Depot. They also suggested how to get replacement from the lock company since those should be lifetime.

It turned out okay. I could have gotten them $200 cheaper for the whole thing. He did a great jub of putting the stuff in but after it was finished, I could obviously see that one of the hardware pieces wasn't lined up. It wasn't plumbed with the edge of the door but he did fix it.

Aaron was great and the entire experience was drama-free. He re-keyed 4 locks and needed to replace one mechanism (which caused the price to be slightly more than the Angie's List $105 deal). He arrived on time (actually a bit early after checking with us to see if that would be OK) and finished the work in ~1.5 hours. He was patient and clear in his explanations of what he was doing and why. I'd absolutely recommend A-Advanced Locksmiths and Aaron in particular for additional work.

The locksmith called to let us know he was on the way and arrived on time. A very professional young man, he quickly got started and the work was completed in an hour or less. The bill was $105.00 Angie's deal plus an additional $112. We would definitely use this company again if the need arose.

Called to get a quote and Carlos was very helpful and worked hard to find a technician ASAP. I ended up using another Angie's List recommended vendor (with coupon), but I will definitely call A-Advanced again when I am looking for service.

The service was exceptional. I highly recommend them. Our key to the front door was left in the door last night and missing in the morning. Concerned about leaving house. Called in the morning (8 AM) and Carlos was able to get a technician right away. Aaron, technician, was at my house by 9:30 AM and did a superb job - efficient and quick.
