Description of Work: Everyone I dealt with was very professional, prompt and courteous from sales person Heidi Ingersoll to the installer to the customer service people. We had a slight imperfection on one of the wood blind valances and 3-Day IMMEDIATELY solved the problem via overnight shipping. Also, Heidi was extremely responsive, communicative and involved throughout the entire process. I will certainly use Heidi and 3-Day again, and have referred them to several others already.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with Heather for measurements but she had to reschedule because of illness. Heather made it a week later, measured the windows I wanted blinds on, and gave me the estimate. When the blinds were ready an installer showed up and installed them quickly. The blinds looked good and I was happy with the job. I had used 3 Day Blinds before with good results.
