3 Day Blinds San Diego

Do not let the name fool you, 3 Day Blinds is terrible to do business with. We signed a contract on 05/05 and it's 07/03 and I have one window with a defective shade installed, one window with a working shade and 2 windows with nothing. I sent numerous emails with zero response. When I was finally able to call in the soonest they could get me a date was a week and half out. From the minute we signed the contract, I felt like I had to work with them, not them working for us. There are better places to do business with than this company. Perhaps we just fell through the cracks and were forgotten, but I do not feel like there is a sense of urgency or care for what we need. Find a better provider.

The incompetence of the company and its staff will cause problems every step of the way, resulting in substantial delays, damages, and enormous time drain. The first designer forgot to email me altogether, the second one - sold me the wrong product, ordered wrong parts, and lied about it. The installers measured everything wrong TWICE and had to come out multiple times, during which they broke some of the pieces I had purchased from 3D blinds that were custom painted. Don't let their name fool you. The installation took place almost 2 months after the intended date and even then the product was totally not what they promised. They will tell you that they will work to resolve the issue, but they don't do anything proactively, they drag their feet, don't return phone calls, messages, trying to wear you out. The rating that I wish I could give them is no stars, not even close. let's not forget, they are very expensive. My overall experience with 3D blinds was more horrific than I could ever imagine.

I had 2 homes that needed replacement blinds on a short time fuse. Bob Sole and Kim responded quickly and gave use very nice blinds for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Three day is a joke. It took over two months and they had our $2K, which was foolish of us to pay the whole amount. The final product is what we ordered and it was installed properly.

It was a disaster. It's false advertising because they never did anything in three days, the only blinds they do in three days are their cheap as* plastic blinds. I needed verticals and wanted shutters. I had to call 5 or 6 times, they sent the person over, she was elderly and the thing she was lugging with her with all of her samples broke, then the samples went all over the floor, she was wearing shoes that looked like she was going to topple off of them. I had to get her a water because she looked like she was going to pass out. It took three hours to get the order in. Then the guy that had to come in to put in the verticals reads a manual and it took him over two and a half hours to put one of the verticals in which was really an inconvenience. Then it took two more steps to get the shutters in. Would I recommend them?, if you want cheap, fast blinds, yeah, you want shutters, verticals, or any kind of shades other than the cheap blinds they give you, I would never recommend them. If you want $50 dollar blinds in your house they'll do it, then they did a good job. They were here February 2015. It's about $4000. It's more than what normal people would spend.

The installation and all of that went fine except I had trouble with one of the installs. I had to call them 2 or 3 times before someone actually came out and knew what they were doing. The whole buying process, the timing and all that was good but the guy that installed. He was a heavy guy, he wore a pair of shorts made from some flimsy material, it was really gross. He did a halfway decent job. I thought it was priced decently well. They measured and they put them in.

They will come to install the blinds. They are timely and professional. They appear to be a very professional company. They are well priced. They are very courteous. They are very good in responding to my needs. I would definitely use them in the future.
