They arrived on time and my husband and the contractor agreed on the best location for our security lights and he was done in no time just high praises for the work done. He cleaned up the mess and we were very pleased.

Very responsive, Michael got back to me right away and was able to come out just a few days later. Tom and Jeff were great, they we're prompt, clean and efficient. One of the lights was installed but kept blowing the fuse when turned on, something was wrong with it out of the box, but it was fixed without any further issues. Wonderful! I will definitely use them again.

Maybe it was confusing because I was in the process of moving, but I would have thought we could have cleared that up with a phone call/email, etc. Initially gave him the dates I needed in October; he responded with August dates (Was he saying only August, or did he not read my email?) I replied to this with the October date I needed; never received any further communication.

Michael sent his son Nathan and a helper. Sowed up on time. Assessed the situation, discussed options with me. Needed a few extra parts. The trip to the hardware store was not counted in time to complete job. Job ran just slightly over estimated time, but it was just that, estimated time and just slightly over. Job was completed as we expected and would hire them again.

The service was great, on time and ups and running in just a couple of hours. We love the savings our attic fan has given us.

There was two electrician that arrived at my home my husband and I attempted to explain the problem we were having which has been a nightmare based on the quotes we've received in the past. We were reluctant to use anyone because of the monies we paid out in the past for inadequate work not to mention the fumble up the wiring system. However they came in and we discuss the problem and those two guys started troubleshooting and was able to resolve our problem in less then 15-20min. We used one of those deals which I highly recommend cause it inexpensive and you can usually get your ploblem resolved. These guys may wear beach shoes and shorts but they are the professionals and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

The service provider fixed it so that the lights came on again (something gone awry with the transformer box or something to that effect). However, two days later the problem recurred. I will have to call in another electrician to have the problem fixed again. In fairness, the service provider warned that I should probably eventually have a "something or other" done with the transformer (sounded Greek to me), but it was still extremely disappointing that the service he provided was effective for just two days.

We were thrilled with all the tasks completed. Fine young men who were professional and a pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend this service provider.

First let me say I was very pleased with the tech they sent, Jeff. He came down all the way from Dana Point, and still managed to be on time! He was right on task and quick to diagnose the problem and then made the fastest trip to Home Depot in the history of contractor trips to HD. Quickly made the exchange and double checked to make sure that it was actually repaired! I think the whole thing took 1-1&1/2 hours! My tenants were very pleased! My husband could never have done it so quickly, which automatically made it worth every penny! My only regret is that I didn't make better use of the time I had left on the two hour deal... My fault for not thinking ahead. I was thrown off at first by his looking no older than about 17-18 years old.. Shame on me! He was he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More so than most other workers I've ever had work on our rentals! He even picked up a spare breaker, at my husbands request, which, was the only charge, beyond the initiial "big deal" cost. A not so whopping $10. Thanks Jeff! & Michael Dove Electrical!

He did not contact me within the two business days as he was supposed to, In fact, It took almost two months for him to respond and I had to contact Angie's List to have the Big Deal Help Desk team reach out to them to get them scheduled. He finally did contacted me via Email and I described my ceiling to him and he stated that it was going to cost more money for the repairs. I had to declined the service due to not having the extra money on hand and I am requesting my full refund.

Michael Dove offered replacement for two fans or chandeliers for $69.00. I informed him that my ceilings were 15' high. He gave me an amended bill prior to installation as the height required an additional charge. I was very agreeable to the amount. He arrived on time. Michael assessed the jobs and completed it in a timely manner. Throughout he was courteous and professional. He removed all materials. I was impressed with his willingness to complete the job in the bedroom where he placed all the crystals on the chandelier. I hadn't expected the extra service. I am completely satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to recommend him.

I found Michael J Dove Electrical through Angie?s list. Owner Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as we discussed over the phone what I needed done and we scheduled an appointment. There was some confusion when they didn?t receive an email I sent postponing the appt so I was surprised when someone showed up but we made it work. Jeffrey got right to work - he was polite, professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a good job. He replaced a hall light, bathroom vanity light, light switch, 2 outdoor GFCI outlets, checked an attic fan previously installed, and adjusted 2 flood lights. The $170 price was reasonable especially since they are based over an hour away (I won?t skimp on electrical work ? too critical). I paid regular rate but they often have specials on Angie?s List so you can get lower prices. I called Michael to update and thank him and he was again very friendly. This company takes pride in doing quality work and customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and can highly recommend Michael J Dove Electrical.

They were willing to do the job, and they were very responsive. However, the job couldn't be completed the way I wanted, so we aren't going to do it at this time.

Every thing he did well except he did not fix the wobbling of fan.

It worked out very nicely. He did two light fixtures – one in the dining room and one in the stairwell. It took him 2.5 hrs to do the work.
