Michael Dove was very nice in our email exchange; unfortunately, his prices were totally over the top. I bought the deal to have a few electrical outlets installed and the price Mr. Dove quoted was astronomical. I later contacted another electrician who did the work for a pittance in comparison, and their work was perfect. The deal was eventually refunded.

The service was great. They two employees put plastic all around to control dust. The job took four hours and they were relatively quiet. Very polite as well.

Washing Machine Outlet was not working. They couldn't find problem. It is still not working. Microwave Outlet wasn't working. They did fix that one. It is working fine so far :) Dining Room Outlet: Was working but lit was loose. It is still working, and it is still loose. I asked for a new outlet installed in the master bathroom. It was Installed. It works- but they wired it upside down. Main bathroom light- bottom switch, shower fan- middle switch and heat lamp- top switch. I wish they had wired it in the order it was before: Main bathroom light- top switch, shower fan- middle switch and heat lamp- bottom switch. After they were done-- When I plug in my vacuum cleaner-- the vac power dips and the bathroom light turns on. They did fix this. It was wired wrong. Outside Pool Outlet: Was working but was dangerously loose. It needed to be mounted to a cinder block wall. Upon instruction, I went to Home Depot and bought an outdoor outlet with a cover (then I went into the house and let him do his work) he mounted it (without a word) on the side of the concrete wall. When he was done/and gone-- I noticed it opens sideways instead of downward to shed rain. Im not an electrician (I'm a mother)-- but it seems now-- after the fact-- using common sense, that he should have asked me to return the wrong- side facing cover, and get the correct cover that opens up and down. Of course it is much safer than it was-- but it's till not done right. Two guys came. One was most likely an apprentice. He took electrical plates off outlets, gofer-ed and stood around waiting for instruction. I paid for an electrician for a day. I got an electrician and his apprentice for the day. I believe I paid an electrician for 4 hours of work. I believe I paid to have an apprentice trained. I will never again agree to 2 people for 4 hours again. All told-- I would like one seasoned and knowledgeable electrician to come out and fix everything that I already paid for. Yes, they worked hard, they were nice and they did try; but I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes, electrician apprenticeships, or lack of reimbursement from company decisions. I've used this company a few times now. Scheduling is always easy. Michael is very responsive and so far, he's had someone come out as early as the following day. The work was always done well and in a good pace. I will continue to use them.

Electrician arrived within the 2 hour time period and was very pleasant, easy going, and professional. He took pictures of work completed in the attic and was very efficient with the other two tasks. Very nice. Very professional. I will do business with them again.

They changed the lights into LED in two minutes and they charged $95 for labor for each one of the lights. We had no idea that you could go to Home Depot and buy them for $15 and do the work for ten minutes. I was over charged as far as I am concerned. It came to a total of $2100 and the cost of the equipment was $300. I called them but they never answered. The price was exorbitant. I want to call them because I want them to know how upset I am.

The first time I asked him to come out to look at my circuit box, he said he was unable to do my circuit breaker. I had bought the deal for $399 for an electrician for a day. I now asked him to just come out and label the circut breaker, and he said it would cost me $85 an hour along with a $50 service fee. I do not want to do this with this service provider.

Contacted the vendor through the listing. Had a time constraint and needed to get the worked done by the end of the year. Vendor was extremely flexible and worked with me to get the installation scheduled to meet my needs. Vendor even had a special on labor which they happily allowed me to use. Electrician arrived on time and seemed professional but also seemed a bit new. We discussed how I wanted the new wires run through the garage and judging from his responses I thought he understood what I wanted. I left him to his work and went back into the house to take care of some things. When I checked on him about an hour later he had run the wires across the bottom of the rafters rather than the path I had discussed. As nicely as I could I explained that this was not what I wanted and he began to explain that he didn't have enough wire at that point to change the path and didn't seem to see what the problem was. I explained that I could have done the quality of installation he did and that was why I hired an electrician to do it right. At that point I started to get some attitude and decided I would let him complete the job and call the office after he left to share my concerns. I talked with the office and they agreed to send him out again to correct the issue. The same electrician came out a few days later to correct the problem. Same guy, same lack of understanding, same quality of work. . He made some minor modifications but it was not the installation I wanted or expected from this highly rated vendor. At this point I had other more pressing issues to attend to and just gave up. Here is the thing. I understand that this was a rush job. I understand the vendor was doing his best to accommodate my needs. for these things I applaud them. What they didn't do is provide the quality they where known for and failed to listen to what I wanted even after explaining several time to the electrician doing the work and the office. In this situation it's all about me. If what I want is not what we discussed or what you quoted, tell me and let's discuss revised pricing. Unless there is a good reason not to, do what I want, the way I want it. It's that simple.

Fine. Technician unable to fix wobble in existing old fan but new fan was installed efficiently.

Mr. Dove didn't do the work. It was two of his employees or subcontractors. The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good. The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious. Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked. When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it. I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

They were great. They called prior to coming to confirm their arrival time. I added a couple items to the list of things I needed done and it was not a problem. It took several hours to complete everything and they were courteous and checked with me along the way to ensure things were done as I wished and placed where wanted. Nate was great and I have recommended him to several of my friend who needed electric work completed.

Had old fluorescent lights. This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim. These guys KNEW what they were doing. The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day. Left the house cleaner than it was when they started. Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Very professional. Covered furniture with plastic. Smoothly plastered and sealed holes from work activity. Cleaned up thoroughly. Everything worked! :-)

Very happy. Got a lot done a d ended up ordering extra work (and paying extra). Happy with work and service, would recommend and call again.

Micheal Dove's team did a great job. They were efficient, cleaned up after the job and very courteous. Finally there's light in our office! Big win.

The original visit was to correct several electrical issues we had. The electrician did an excellent job and even gave us less expensive options, which we took. We have already hired them for additional work, which was also succesfully completed.

It was good. It was done on time. Nothing negative. They seem to be on time. Communication was okay and nothing more I can declare.

Work was completed in two days. Crew came and spent first hour or so taping off the rooms to minimize dust and damage to the floors-- I was pleased with the care to keep things clean. Crew worked quietly all day, and only disturbed me to ask questions and approval for light placements. They also did the ceiling and wall texturing which was also done very well.

Things went extremely well, my husband is extremely happy with the work in the bathroom. Jeffery had to return another day to install the chandelier; again a first class job. Although I thought it was a wee bit expensive, I can certainly say that we got what we paid for! Very courteous, friendly, and clean service,

Michael was extremely responsive to my request. I contacted him through Angie's list in the evening on a Wednesday, and we communicated a couple times that evening. He then sent his guy out the very next morning! From the time I contacted him until the time the entire job was complete was less than 1 day. I was very excited, especially after contacting a couple other people who couldn't schedule me for at least 3 weeks. Michael sent one of his guys, who arrived right on time, was very professional, and did a great job pretty quickly. I was very happy with everything about this and would absolutely use him again.

The employee called an hour 1/2 early with the ability to come early however it wasn't convenient for me so we stuck with our original time. The job was pretty straight forward. he was a pleasant personality to deal with and cleaned up after he left. I purchased a coupon which made the job affordable.
