Description of Work: Installed a low wattage transformer and light for a bbq. They also helped me repair a broken fixture with advice free of charge. They were helpful and patient free of charge. Lighting company gave me the wrong bulb and they came out three times to help me. They went way beyond expectations. They were always very courteous even with the mix-ups. What a pleasure the nim-wink that installed the first fixture (from a different company) had left me with a mess and they easily repaired it correctly.

Description of Work: They installed network cable and a security camera. Overall, I am happy with the way it turned out but I have a few things to say. When he arrived, I told him that I want to get it done within two hours and he respected it. He tried to do it as quickly as he could with few mistakes. He created too many holes on the drywall and one hole on the stucco outside. The entire job took more than 2 hours but he did not charge for the third hour because he made several holes too many. Fair enough. When I made an appointment with them, I told them that I need to run the network cable inside of drywall. I expected that he had a tall ladder and a fish pole at least but he only had a small step ladder with no fish pole. Luckily, I had a fish tape so we used it. Without the fish tape, it could have easily taken more than 3 hours or more unnecessary holes to my drywall. His lack of preparedness was very unprofessional. The job was done and I am happy the way it turned out but because of all the above, I had to grade the job as "C".

Description of Work: Fix 2 outdoor elec outlet

Description of Work: Replaced outlets in kitchen and fixed light switch in dining room. The technician was the son of the owner and was very professional. All work was completed within the time block paid for. My only negative has to do with them attempting to charge me an additional $50 service fee for travel to my house. I told them this was not stated on the Angies list site and that I was not aware that I had to pay any additional fees unless the service required additional hours. The son called the father (owner) and they waived the fee.

Description of Work: I've had two different small projects done by this great company, #1 installed led garage lighting, #2 installed exterior led lighting, and it was a new install which required access to drywall and stucco. Both services provided were excellent. I have more work coming and will place them on the top of my list of electrical contractors to use in the future.

Description of Work: Installed 4 GFI Outlets. The installer was on time and very professional. The jobs was done in 1 hour including a trip to Home Depot to exchange faulty switches. I thought paying $100 for the switches was a bit excessive.

Description of Work: I used Michael Dove to install 8 can lights, move several electrical switches and receptacles. They did a great job in difficult locations and did a good job of retexturing the walls. Would use again!

Description of Work: The guys at Michael J. Dove Electricians installed new outlets and light switches for a number of rooms in my house. They did a great job and were super responsive about replying right away and fixing one of the problems I had with a four-way light switch not functioning properly. The guys were nice and very accommodating. I would use them again.
