Description of Work: The price included the special at $899, plus I requested three additional lights at $125 each. Even though the information from the provider said it would take 8 hours, it took only 5. Two people did the work and cleanup. Very nice and professional. I asked them to remove a small handing lamp near where two of the extra lights were installed. They removed it and re-plastered the ceiling above it at no charge.

Description of Work: Removed 2 existing ceiling fans and replaced both with new fans.

Description of Work: Did not understand what the service was according to the description with purchase. When Mike sent an email right away, clarifying that this was not an installation of a ceiling fan (which is what was needed). I think the wording should be changed on the deal so it is understood that an installation is not the deal. He must know this because he clarified on his first message and gave extra cost that doesn't make this much of a deal for instillation service.

Description of Work: Arrived on time, covered all the surfaces, removed old fixtures, lights and frame. Installed six LED recessed lights and dimmer.Cleaned up and were finished in half day. Repaired a seam crack in den from earthquake and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Michael showed up on time for my appointment. Explained exactly what he would do and gave me an estimate. After he left we made the decision to have him do the work. I called him that afternoon and he was able to do the work two days later. When they came to do the work, they were on time, very neat, courteous, and professional. They covered my counter tops floors and any area that they were working in. The work performed was beyond my expectation. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: I requested recessed lighting to replace the original plastic covered florescent lights in my kitchen. I wanted to discuss my request by email because I didn't have time to call a bunch of companies. Michael responded right away (within 24 hours). I only had two days available to choose from in the same week. I him the days and times I had available and he was willing to accommodate my schedule. I saw his add, $649 for 4 lights with crown moulding and he confirmed. He mentioned that many customers want to add more lighting after the job because recessed lights shine differently than others. So I asked for a pendant light over my sink. He warned me that many people end up not liking the pendant hanging while they wash dishes. I didn't even think of that so I went with another recessed light above my sink for an add'l $125. Two guys showed up that day right on time (within minutes of the estimated timing)! They immediately layed down canvas from the kitchen floor to the front door and taped off the cabinets with plastic. They finished in exactly 3 hours, cleaned up and left. I was amazed at the quality of work! All I had to do was paint the crown moulding. I would call them again, they were perfect!!

Description of Work: Modernized kitchen, replaced old ceiling with crown molding and 10 new lights looks great! They wrap everthing bring all tools, are very effecient and very polite. Could not have gone better.
