Dave Mattea Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet, two overstuffed furniture pieces,and some small miscellaneous items. It went quickly and smoothly. Dave was very accommodating, and while I wasn't as pleased with my carpet as I was the first time, I'm afraid that this was due to the age and condition of my carpet,rather than any failure on his part.

Description of Work: Dave did an excellent job cleaning the main living area in my large house. This also included the stairs and the upstairs hallway. He also worked on the master bedroom and one other smaller bedroom/utility room. The master bedroom had "foot traffic" dirt near the entrance and he got all of that out. The smaller bedroom had some dog accident stains and he got those out as well. Everything looked great and his equipment was wonderful - the carpets dried very quickly (although we had some help from Mother Nature - it was quite a warm day.) I didn't include the price for two chairs he cleaned in the approx. cost above - he had a special on upholstery cleaning so I had him clean some medium-size chairs. So great to get everything clean! And he was very pleasant and professional throughout the job.

Description of Work: Dave cleaned a large area of pale carpet and 3 large area rugs. He got up some stains that I thought we'd never be able to erase, and the carpet and rugs all look like new.

Description of Work: Dave Mattea's Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning cleaned the carpets in two rental houses for me. I am extremely pleased with the results! In one of the rentals, I was thinking we were going to have to replace the carpet because it was so bad and so many areas, including the stairs. The renters had been college boys who partied a lot and the carpets (as well as the rest of the house) showed how careless they and their pals were during the parties. Dave came within a day or two of my call to give me estimates, was on time, very professional, very personable, and quite fair with his pricing, I thought. I WILL use Dave again whenever I need any carpets cleaned. He saved me so much money with his excellent work! I'm so glad found him when I checked on Angie's list!

Description of Work: Dave Mattea arrived on time and set to work. He cleaned the carpet in a very large room that had been the home of two foster cats for a year. His work was professional, and he went over areas where there were stains three or four times. The carpet looks almost new (and it's 10 years old). All that he needed was within his truck. He told me how long the carpet would take to dry (two hours) and left everything spic and span. I recommend him without reservation.
