It all went smoothly, from initial phone call through onsite review of the problem on my pc.

He added a router to my home and fixed an older PC. He is excellent. I would use him again.

Larry came to my house to take a look at my computers. Larry wanted to make sure I got the best service in the shortest time necessary, so that he could save me money. He gave me several options to choose from and explained how much time the option would take.One computer needed to have updates on the service packs to remove some errors I was seeing. Larry discovered that the second computer would take more time to assess and fix, so he took that one with him to work on it.Larry got the second computer running, transferred my files from the computer and an old firewire drive to a new usb storage drive.He also got a new firewire cable because he noticed that my cable was not working consistently. Larry is easy to talk to, discussing the computer problems in an easy to understand way and provides different options for in-home assessment or use of remote access tools to evaluate computer problems and fixing them.

I couldn't be more pleased! Larry was prompt and communicated clearly. He did what I asked, he did it quickly, he was creative in solving the problem, and his pricing was reasonable. I could not ask for a better experience. I recommend him without reservation.

They were not able to get a new board for my computer. I was able to find another company that was able to help.

I thought I might need to have my computer fixed. But, upon calling, they helped me realize it would just be a better deal to buy a new one. They helped me save money, even at the expense of business.

Larry is excellent. His responsiveness was great, almost immediate, within 1 hour of my initial contact with him. He's also great at communicating exactly what he's doing and when I can expect to have the work completed. This guy is terrific. I've struggled with 2 things from most computer repair teams. (1) Usually I have to bring my computer to their shop, and then there's no guarantee when they will actually work on it, and how long it will take. This is always a problem for me as I am completely off my computer, even if the issue is not a system down situation. Usually, I can get by with whatever trouble I'm having, but the issues still need to be fixed. But, as soon as I turn my computer over to them, I'm completely without any ability until they've gotten around to working on it. Larry at Netgeex was able to work on my computer remotely. I felt secure with his access and if I wanted I could watch his movements on my screen. If I turned the computer off, he had no access. He just asked me when I could stop working on my computer, and he'd work on it at those times. Meanwhile I could use the computer pretty much whenever I needed it. This is a huge plus. (2) The second issue that typically infuriates me is the poor communication I get from the shops I've worked with. After dropping off my computer, they say "we'll let you know in 24 hours the status". RARELY do they ever call back to let me know, and usually it's a report that "We're working on it". Even when I call them, they say things like "We're running tests" when I'm highly suspicious that my computer is still waiting on the bench for any testing to be started. I'm left with no clear information as to when I can expect to have my computer back. If I have a project to complete, I'm left with no way to effectively set expectations with my customers. Larry at Netgeex told me every step of the way what he was working on. I could see as he was running tests. I could see the work he was doing. He was extremely professional and responsive.

He fixed teh problem, only chared me $40.00 for price visit and offered to come back and hook up a wireless router for my house for $50.00. I do not know about computers and he was cheap, fast and easy to deal with. I would call him back again. I have actually been meaning to set something up with him soon for my computer.

He was very thorough, reasonable and I was very satisfied with his services. He was willing to explain things and talk to me about the project.

Netgeex were very responsive and diagnosed the problems and fixed them in a timely way.

The business owner showed up on time, quickly figured out the problem and I was back online. He offered some other advice in which I asked for him to do at a later date once I buy teh hardware and he quoted me a decent price. For a house visit, even for an easy job, $40.00 was very reasonable.

It went perfectly. Everytime I deal with him, things go very well.
