Bay Remodels have done a great job to rebuilt our old house in Menlo Park, the result is fantastic. Great experience working with this company. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Bay Remodels! We have an old-style house and we wanted basically took it to the ground and did a complete rebuild. From the initial consultation to the end of the project, we felt comfortable that our dream house was in the right hands. We wanted an open interior, brick inlay in the aisles, big deck and balcony. Arsen was always on top of everything for our project, without fail. He managed all the sub-contractors and everything stayed on course. He was helpful and kept everything organized and moving forward. A good remodel contractor has 4 qualities 1. Is Honest 2. Has Expertise and Experience 3. Has a Good Team 4. With Reasonable Pricing Arsen, of Bay Remodels has all 4 and was the reason the bedroom and bathroom remodel turned out so well, and within budget. First, he is honest. Many times he talked me out of materials and extra things that would've made the job too expensive. When I mentioned wanting to have the whole house interior painted, he shopped quotes and sent the first guy away, saying he was way too expensive. He has many connections from his many years in the business and found great pricing for all the materials, including the flooring, the tiles, and fixtures. Second, he has many years of experience and expertise. He knows exactly what is needed, what is involved, and how to guide you through the remodel process. He talked me out of the flooring I first picked saying it was old fashioned. He was right and the beautiful flooring he helped me picked gets lots of compliments. Also, whenever something unexpected came up, because of his experience, he figured out what was needed and made sure it happened. When I was trying to pick wall paint colors I felt totally overwhelmed. He had learned how to pick primary and accent wall colors and advised me which walls to make the accent walls and how to pick the paint colors. It was a big relief to be able to rely on him to oversee the whole project. Third, through his many years in the business and he intolerance for bad workmanship, he has an amazing team that works for him. Trust me, you could hire workmen separately, and it will cost you a LOT. Having Bay Remodels arrange all the sub jobs on the remodel was so much cheaper, and stress free. I knew whoever he used would be expert at their job and reasonably priced...he made sure of it. First, he assigned a foreman, Emilio to be my main contact for the whole job. Whenever I had a question, or concern, Emilio was right there to reassure me or take care of the problem. His tile team was just amazing, fast, and creative. For any portion of the job, he has the perfect person at the best price. At one point we needed a pocket door installed in the bedroom, which is not an easy endeavor. His guy was amazing, fast, and so reasonable. Fourth, he treats you like he would want to be treated as a customer. Many times he either sent away a subcontractor when their pricing was too high, or he pressured them to lower their prices when he felt it was too high. Toward the end of the project, he saved enough of the materials to redo the hallway bathroom, and he did not even charge me, but simply had the subcontractor do it as a side job. But then the wall paper turned out to be a nightmare to get off, and he stepped back in and took care of everything and still did not charge me. When I remodel the downstairs bathroom, Bay Remodels will be my go to company.

Our project was a result of an internal flood and we were looking to rebuild as well as renovate additional parts of our home that were not affected by the flood. Bay Remodels totally rebuilt my kitchen & dinner room, and replaced flooring throughout my house. Arsen's workers are so talented, helpful and incredibly hard workers. All of the suggestions from their years of experience are invaluable. They think highly of Arsen and therefore value working for him and in turn us.
