We had a wonderful experience working with Bay Remodels to renovate our home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a guest bedroom & bath, adding a laundry room, updating a kitchen and building new deck. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Arsen and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and every day someone was working at the house. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Arsen is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We hired Bay Remodels to do a total remodel of our home. During the approximately 5 months of this project we found the Bay Remodels specialists to be totally professional while at the same time so open and friendly that we trusted that our home was in good hands when they were at work and we were away. Bay Remodels recently finished a two-story additional house in our backyard. They built a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, deck and bath on second floor. We decided to remodel our old 1950's house completely and Bay Remodels was the company we choose to do the work. It was necessary to redevelop the rooms on both floors, build new decks with stairs and make a modern finishing of the entire house outside and inside. Bay Remodels did an outstanding job! They remodeled our entire home - kitchen, guest and master bathrooms, porch and stairs. It was completely gutted and redone. They also laid new pavement on the backyard. During the renovation process, Arsen supervised our project and was completely responsive to every question that we asked. He was on site several times a week if not daily, and he kept in touch with us consistently by phone when that was the best way to communicate. As with most remodeling projects, we did encounter some problems with unforeseen issues. But the adjustments in cost were entirely reasonable, and the job was completed on time. Bay Remodels was hired for a whole house remodel including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and roof. The house was in poor condition and in desperate need of repairs. The remodeling included major system updates to plumbing, electrical, ductwork and others. Also we wanted to build a new deck with stairs to the backyard and a new porch on the front side. We have done a large-scale renovation of our house this year.
