We just finished working with Arsen and the team from Bay Remodels on build our new family home. I can not find enough good things to say about Arsen. He was honest, professional, and showed a lot of integrity. Not to mention, he is also a super nice guy. He was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. He came by every day to check on the work that was done by the other team members and update us on what would happen next. He has an eye for detail and if something was not perfect the first time, he would have it redone. One thing I like about Bay Remodels is they are proud of the quality of their work. They always make sure things are done the correct way, they do not cut corners just to save time or use inferior products. The crew were very hard-working, fast, and really professional. I would highly recommend Bay Remodels, and hope to do business with them again. We love our new home!

We completed a construction of a new wing to our house with Bay Remodels and love the outcome. Bay Remodels recently finished a large addition to our house and they made it is exactly how we pictured it. Arsen crew and sub-contractors were professional and neat with details. There is no doubts that it was a large project but we are amazed by the work they did. Our house become modern and exactly how it needed to be. Bay Remodels price was not cheap but now when our remodeling is completed, we can say that quality comes with price. We started a major home remodel in March of this year. We chose Bay Remodels given our due diligence on the internet and a contractor face to face interview. Bay Remodels brought a level of professionalism , scheduling, and quality that any homeowner should demand when embarking upon a major remodel project. They handled everything from scheduling, to permitting, demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiling, masonry, the installation of new kitchen cabinets & appliances, painting, and managing the building inspection process. Bay Remodels did a great job remodeling our bathrooms and kitchen. The job was done in a timely and professional manner and to our complete satisfaction. What we like most about Arsen and his team is being responsive and patient to go through very details of the project. Bay Remodels totally remodeled my old 1950's house. From start to finish Arsen and his crew proved to be highly skilled professionals. They also completed the work on schedule, and very close to the original predicted value, despite several changes in the project. The worksite was kept clean and orderly.
