The estimator was here at the time promised and gave me an estimate immediately. The day of the installation, the workers arrived when promised, did the work very professionally and cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend them.

They never got back to me to set that up.

We were very pleased at the honesty and time John,the salesman, took with us. His bid included detailed sketches, with a contract price for either cedar or redwood. His notes were clear and thorough. Other bidders had just given us a price, and we had to ask for a breadown of the costs. UC Fence's price was very competitive, and we really knew what we would be getting for the price. Very happy we went with this company.

He matched to existing side fence and installed it across the front of the yard. Hillside home, difficult work. Excellent job!

The bid was about $6900. We were happy with the person we talked to and I thought we got a good bid. I think we are going to get a good product out of it if we can actually get my neighbor to pay for the fence. There are still a lot of things that is why we haven't closed the deal yet. The person we spoke to was very nice, very professional, and answered all our questions. They came right away with the bid. I have little bit more problems recently getting a hold of the contact person, but she recently had some family issues that was why she had canceled our meeting. The grandfather had an open heart surgery so I haven't heard from her yet, but she is willing to come out in the evening to meet with us.

Jason and his crew were great. Very professional and efficient. Gave me a great price and was able to the repair the same day I called.

This was an excellent experience. Thank you, Jason. I wasn't here when the guys arrived to do the work, but they did one heck of a job, it looks great. When I got home, the workers were friendly, helpful, and professional. Not only did they tear down my dilapidated old fence, they hauled it away as well. Definitely will use this provider again when the need, on the other side of my property, arises.

I recently took possession of my mom's place and as it turns out, she wasn't big on home maintenance. There is a tall gate at the front of the house and the hinge pole (?) rusted completely thru and the gate crashed to the ground. I am not from here and had no idea who to call. I was hoping that UCFence would be able to offer a suggestion. No, they came out, took a look and said "no problem we can fix it today"! The were honest, straight forward, very NICE, and assured me it was not too small a job. I left to take care of some business and when I returned home in the evening my gate was fixed. I love them! Their price was very reasonable.

Jason came out the day after making contact. We discussed what I wanted done and he prepared a bid. His quote was right in line with my expectation so we scheduled the work. The following week, 4 employees showed up and began removing my existing fence. By the end of day 1 they had my old fence removed and posts placed for the new fence. Day two, 4 different employees (they have a demolition crew and an install crew) showed up and began installing the panels and shoring up the fence. By the end of day two, my fence was complete and I am highly satisfied! This was a no brainer - easy schmeezy - no sweat on the homeowner. If you need a new fence and vinyl is your preference, I would highly recommend UC Fence.

Appointment was super fast. Guy was very friendly and helpful by making decision. Fence was installed in one day. Cleaned up and very friendly staff.

Jason came out quickly after I called him for an estimate. The price he offered was much less than another company. I went with them. 3 guys came to do the work. They showed up around 10AM although I expeced them to come a little earlier than that to make sure they would be able to complete the work within a day as Jason projected. They were unable to finish the work in one day as they had to come back to put the gate on the next day when I was not home. And there was a problem with the gate and I found out after I came home when everything was done. The size of the gate was not what I had asked. I wanted the gate to be 40 inches wide but the gate they brought was 34.5 inches wide. I guess I could live with that because it still works for me. But the first thing I noticed was that the gaps between the posts and two sides of the gate was a little too wide, 2.75 inches wide to be exact. This made the gate does not look fit. I called up Jason on a later day and he promised me he would have the problem fixed. A couple days later two guys came and attached a 3/4 inch thick vinyl trim to the latch side of the gate to narrow down the gaps. I guess I could live with that too because I did not want an unfitted gate. Also you probably would not notice it if you don't look closely. I have to say the quality of the fence looks nice and install was Okay. Their price was very compatitive comparing to other fencing companies.

The work was satisfactory and I found their prices to be comparable as I received several estimates. They did come back to tighten the lattice on the fence in the back of our house. They were pretty responsive to getting this done in a timely manner.

The installers were awesome. I had received several estimate and UC Fence had the best pricing. They came and completed the work in the time frame they indicated they would. They were knowledgeable and anytime I called or had a question they were really good about explaining things such as the costs. I would recommend their services to others.

The repair was needed due to storm damage. They completed the worked in about 2-3 days. The process went smoothly and the fence is holding up well. Insurance covered half of the repairs.

They were punctual. We had a couple estimates and UC’s prices were comparable. I would have them back out again.

They were responsive by coming out fairly quickly. It took two gentleman a few hours to complete the work. They were on-time and the price was good as I had received another estimate from a different company. The fence has been holding up well since and I would recommend their services to others.

Jason the salesman was slick and informative and assured me and my neighbor that the work would be done on time and if any issues arose after installation UC Fence would respond immediately. So we signed up for the installation and all seemed good. The night before Tiffany from the office called to say the installers would arrive around 9 am and if there were any issues with the installation we could call her for solutions. OK, looks good. Thursday morning at 8 am the crew arrived. My neighbor was not at home and I was attending to my wife leaving town for a few days. They explained it was easier for them to begin early in order to pick up the materials close to our location. OK, so we scrambled to open up and they began and removed the old fence and loaded it onto their truck. But then Jose the foreman left for almost 2 hours to dump the old fence and pick up the new fence materials, leaving the crew to sit and talk. They were calling Jose but could not get any response and it seemed as though they couldn't figure out what was happening. So Jose returns, unloads and then they all leave for lunch. So an hour later they return and get to work. I was at home during the day, so every hour or so I would go out and look at the work out of curiosity. What Jason and I had agreed upon was matching the height of the new fence with the old wooded fence along the rear of the property: the adjoining post would have to be 5 feet and then slope to the 6 foot fence, which required some careful cutting. When I saw the 6 foot post in the ground I asked if Jason had stipulated the change in design and they said he had not said anything about it. We were minutes from cementing the post. Jose the foreman called Jason but he did not pick up. Disaster averted! I called Jason throughout the day but we never talked. He left me a message but to this day we have not spoken. Of course they are asking for their payment and were apologetic about the miscues but had no explanations for the gaps in communication. So the work crew was diligent and made all the adjustments we asked for. The Sales and Office people sucked. I cannot even think what we will experience if we have to call for warranty work.

The sales person really needs to improve their communication. Is not good at returning phone calls. We call on 5/19/13 to let him know we would be out of town for our install date on 5/22 and told him we needed to reschedule and asked that he return our call. Never received a call back. When we returned on Wednesday they were putting in the fence. The had just thrown the rocks we had where the fence was supposed to go all over the place. The fence itself is very nice and seems installed just fine.

Fence It Up worked with each of us independently regarding design details and payment arrangements. We are completely satisfied with the work done.

Jason came out and verified the job scope and provided a bid immediately. The work was scheduled and the team arrived on time and began immediately. They used two crews, one to tear down and setup for vinyl and the second to do all the final work (set T&G, level and align posts etc). Both crews were no nonsense and each member pulled their share (no slackers). The teams both worked clean and did what they could to preserve the landscape, in fact, I only lost two sprinklers in the process (I expected worse). Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Prior to selecting Fence It Up we obtained several bids and met with each of the fencing contractors to explain our needs. Jason Valenzuela had the best presentation and understanding of our needs and wants. Once we decided on Fence It Up we contacted Jason and set up a starting date for our project. We stressed the importance of having the fence completed as soon as possible because of our dogs.The job was to be completed within 3 days. To our surprise on day one, at 7:30 am, Jason and a crew of 5 appeared at the job site ready to work. By the end of day one ALL the work was completed except for the driveway gate. They even removed small tree stumps and brush that were in the way of the driveway gate at no addition charge. The driveway gate was completed on the following day. The entire job was completed in 2days. We were pleasantly surprised when we inspected the job and saw our new fence, upon its completion, as it was more beautiful than expected. Jason's crew had left the site cleaner than it was before they started and they even leveled the ground to meet the bottom of the fence. We like this fence so much that we agreed to display the "Fence it up" sign, with their phone number, on our front lawn for 2 weeks. We still get inquiries and compliments on our fence from neighbors and family.

We signed our contract and waited for work to begin.. and waited... and waited. The day they were supposed to show up they never did; they had car trouble on the way down; this will become a trend throughout the entire job; which is still not finished by the way. When they finally did show up the installed the fence at the wrong height. Because they had already done it, we let it go, because we didn't want to take the time for them to rip it all out and start over.Fast forward the the gate the installed is dinged and chipped, so there are spots that show brown throughout the gate. The gate didn't actually fit so every time you opened and closed the gate the latches would rub so the white finish came off immediately down to the silver underneath parts. They also damaged and scratched the back part of a fence they installed behind our garage. We contacted them to come fix the problems and would never get phone calls back. Finally weeks later they were scheduled to come back and of course didn't show up; they ran too late at a previous job on a Friday and weren't going to make it to our job. They never called to reschedule. They then showed up the following week with no notice and fixed the latch issue but nothing else and didn't call or indicate why they didn't. They claimed to have called us multiple times so we could meet them with no notice to show them the other problems. Mysteriously they are the only voice mails and missed calls we do not seem to receive. I finally di get a hold of them and they claimed they needed us to show them the damage so they can be sure they are fixing the correct thing. Let me tell, you, the damage is obvious; there is no reason that they couldn't have seen what the issue was and fixed it while they were there fixing the latch. When I got a hold of the sales manager he said he wanted to get this wrapped up last week but we of course never heard back again and it's still not fixed. We still have an entire back fence to do and will not be using them for anything in the future. I was told it was very hard to schedule repairs. Perhaps if you quality checked your work the first time around it wouldn't be such an issue to go around repairing every job you have done

Worker's came, cut of existing latch to wrought iron gate and had no latch to replace it. Came back with lightweight latch attached it with screws that were not long enough so was not attached and immediately came apart - thus could not keep large gate to backyard closed. Workers were packing up to leave without finishing entire job. Had to point out rest of job they were to do. Left without putting caps on fence posts and cleaning up after themselves. Post holes and dirt just left exposed. Sales person had to come out several times to view shoddy work and send workers back out or do it himself. Same old story - good salesman selling product and services, but send out workers that do not pay attention to the job orders and do not care about quality of work performed, the homeowner etc. nor do they do their own employer any favors for repeat customers. I had intentions on using them again if did a good job with this project - after experiencing this would never use them.

They came out a day after I called them to fix the problem and did not charge me for doing it. My soil is very sandy and some of the gates, because they are heavy, were settling so they lined them back up again and fixed them right up. They installed the fence in the past and it has a double-lifetime guarantee; they did a great job on the installation.
