Chris from American Home Renewal was by far the most professional. He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. "We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. "I am generally a DIY'r and a while back I purchased six modern windows from a big box store to replace the original aluminum windows in my sixty year old home. I had planned to install them myself with the help of my grandson and we had gotten one installed when he got a job offer, out of state, which he could not pass up. These windows were too heavy and bulky for me to handle myself and my search for an installer happily brought me to Jeff Petty and CW&E. Jeff's crew arrived on time, were polite, clean and efficient and except for a short lunch break, worked straight through to completion. There were no surprises with the price and my family and I are very happy with the results of their work. Whenever I might need help with a similar project, I will call CW&E again."
