Description of Work: From start to finish, they met my expectations, and beyond. (With one small glitch, which they worked around...) | |The phone staff checked everything with me, and did a re-check, by e-mail and by phone, two days before the move | |On moving day, the men they sent were professional, helpful and very efficient. | |The glitch was that the internal paperwork showed that we were moving a piano-which didn't get communicated to the moving team, and they didn't bring a piano dolly on the truck) | | In spite of the tremendous extra difficulty, they carefully worked it out and carried the piano down the ramp... All went well. Grace under pressure! | |I would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone who needs to move. |

Description of Work: Several days before moving day they came and gave an estimate. Then on moving day they refused to move my belongs due to some evidence of mice (THEY SHOULD HAVE SEEN THIS THE DAY THEY DID ESTIMATE - NOTHING WAS HIDDEN FROM THEM). They demanded payment and I was overwhelmed and paid them. I am elderly and was too overwhelmed to fight the charges.

Description of Work: The crew was professional and polite. They arrived late due to a problem they had with one of the trucks. One piece of furniture was slightly chipped on the move but they did try to repair it. Overall it was a positive experience and I would use this company again.
