They maintained constant communication through the project and made sure to double check nothing was left behind . The team of Sean & Eric was more than we hoped for! They worked hard all day and went above/beyond making sure that our move went as well as it could. It was really hot the day we moved (98-99 degrees), but that didn't slow them down from providing EXCELLENT service!

Excellent. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Never caught them standing around for a minute. Always asking what else needed to be done. Did not roll eyes or even hesitate when asked to do something. Saved us time, money and our backs!!!! Highly recommend and will use again.

I called to set up an appointment. They took my info but no one called back. so I called again but they didn't call back again.

Representative Valerie was very nice, but said they will only pack Two Men and A Truck labeled boxes. I was disappointed they wouldn't quote what I needed. It made little logical sense to me; they must make a lot of profit on their boxes? I'm sure they are nice people and a reputable company, just too rigid.

I wouldn't recommend them. They messed up my stairwell in the old house. After the fact, I noticed some problems with my furniture. My setup wasn't perfect. The workers were alright. I don't think they took the care they needed to take in moving my furniture.

The crew they sent was fantastic! They worked hard, were extremely polite and willing to go above and beyond.

The office contacted us a few times before the move to make sure everything was in order. The day of the move they arrived exactly on time and made fast work of putting everything in the truck, even though they had to work with a steep driveway. They met us at the facility and unpack just as quickly. They offered to help us put things together and take away extra boxes, which was so thoughtful. During the move, the office called to make sure the move was going well and to ask if we needed anything. These guys were a class act from start to finish!

We contacted multiple movers 3 weeks prior to our move. Savanah did our estimate. We initially did not pick three men and a truck since we were concerned about how little time was spent doing the estimate. We felt that a10 minute estimate when the other companies spent 30 minutes doing an estimate was insufficant. The contract also did not clearly state to not exceed.When the company of choice could not move us Savanah assured us that three men and a truck would move us and guarenteed would not exceed the estimate. The day of the move started terrific. The moving crew showed up on time and worked hard. Two or three hours into the move we were told that they would not be able to fit every thing into the truck and if we wanted to get it all moved it would be extra. After talking to the owner they did agree to have another crew come and move some (60% or so of what was left) of what did not fit into the first truck. The second crew had already moved another home in the morning and was beat. They still did a good job just could tell they would rather not be moving us. Our estimate was short by about 40%. Not only did they leave 15% of our stuff but we had already moved all the items in our 8 by 14 foot shed (which was part of the estimate) and it was packed. So we give then a C overall. Workers were good estimate and their guarantee to not exceed meant we were on our own to move the rest. For our second move we did not use three men and will never use again.

Prior to the move we worked solely with Heather, in the office. She quickly and kindly responded to my initial inquiry as to costs and answered all my other questions. She came out and did the estimate for us quickly. My only complaint about this phase was that after we scheduled the move, we had a few more questions and it was hard to get a hold of Heather. She did get back to us and answered all our questions we had, before the actually move day. So, this is a minor complaint. The move team was amazing. James, Mike, and Marvin were incredibly polite, super efficient, and seemed to genuinely care for the well being of our stuff and our satisfaction with their performance. My only other issue with this whole process was that Heather underestimated what was needed to move everything. The truck filled up before they got everything on. There was stuff in the garage and back yard left. Now, they got all the appliances and large furniture, and probably 90% of the other stuff, and they offered to send out another truck and crew. I didn't want to pay the extra needed for that though and it was my decision. Overall, this was an incredibly positive experience and they may have ensured my marriage survive this move. Thanks to Heather, James H., Mike B., and Marvin. You guys were all awesome.

Crew arrived on time, We went over pieces to go and items to stay. Everything was wrapped and packed professionally. Crew was quick, no standing around. We had the feeling they actually cared about our stuff, unlike movers in the past. They finished in a little over 4 hours. The boss came out to see how everything was going, first time a boss has done that in the 6 or more moves we have done. These movers are the best we have had in 6+ moves. Thank you again

Moving crew arrived promptly and began work immediately. Had problems bringing some large pieces down the stairs but handled it beautifully with no complaints. All furniture was wrapped securely and handled well. Crew worked steadily and yet kept up good humor throughout. Very professional, but also very approachable and affable.

We had a large move requiring 4 men and 2 trucks. The movers arrived on time and were cheerful, polite, and energetic throughout the entire move - which was a long day of almost 12 hours. They handled our belongings with care. All-in-all, we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck. The only glitch was in the original estimate. As we had a large house with several unusual items, we had an estimator come out to our home to determine the price and number of men/trucks necessary. We were quoted 4 men and 1 truck. A couple of days before the move, we received a call suggesting that we might want to consider a second truck, which we did - to be on the safe side. As it turned out, our belongings barely fit into the 2 trucks. In retrospect, we feel so fortunate that the office caught the disparity and offered a second truck but don't understand how the original estimator could have made such a large error in calculating our needs. As we were scheduled to close escrow on the home we moved from two days after the move, it would have created a huge problem had we not been able to get our things out of the home on time. The move ended up costing us quite a bit more than the original estimate, due to the fact we needed the second truck, and the move took many hours longer than originally calculated. I voiced my concerns to the company and they were concerned and apologetic. Because the movers were so terrific, we would consider using Two Men and a Truck in the future.

They were the best movers I've ever used. I've moved at least 10 times in the last 20 years, but this was the first time using Two Men and a Truck. I paid for one more man, making it Three Men and a Truck, but well worth it. They were professional, fast and very helpful. I have told everyone about them that I work with and will use them from now on.
