Two Man and a Truck were superb! The driver and helper (Eric and Jon) were extremely professional, courteous and pleasant young men. They worked precisely and efficiently to get the job done in an excellent manner. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Three men and a truck arrived on time and were quick and efficient moving our things out of the storage unit and our apartment. It took the whole day, but we had a lot of things to move and the movers didn't waste time. The company charges by the hour, so there's no surprises like you might get with companies that estimate the weight of your things and charge you more once it's actually weighed. The movers were professional in both appearance and attitude. The move went quite smoothly; we'd use the company again!

Did not call first as they promised they would. Pleasant, likable workers. Three men instead of the two promised, but got a little crazy as they were each moving things alone instead of helping each other. Like herding cats to keep track of them! I was taking some items and leaving others and i needed to direct individual pieces to the proper place. I would prefer that two men move furniture when positioning on carpet, otherwise puts stress on the furniture joints to drag things into the final position. Did not wrap box springs in plastic, got it dirty even though truck looked very clean. Nothing was broken in the move. Arranged everything as I wanted. Next time would have upholstered stuff wrapped in plastic 100%, have men wash hands more or wear clean gloves.

Although the new house has beautiful wood floors, the movers did nothing to protect them and began sliding heavy furniture around. When we pointed out that they were damaging the floors, they were more careful, but only when we were right there watching them. There are several scratches and chips in the floor, as well as a chip in one wall where a small filing cabinet hit. For almost four months, I have tried unsuccessfully to get TM&T to make repairs. A few contractors have been sent to look at the floor, but then I hear nothing from anyone until I make another phone call. I have sent two emails to TM&T's customer service center, only to be referred back to the same people in Sacramento. The last contractor looked at the floor on October 8. I heard nothing back and called TM&T on October 15. They have not returned the call. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting a response.

They were fast, efficient, very courteous, paid attention to detail and handled the load carefully.

I was very satisfied with the work these men did. They came right on time and really had very efficient ways of getting my furniture and my precious antiques across town. Everything was undamaged and I would definitely use them again.

They arrived about 30 minutes into the one hour window the company had given me. The men were very courteous and hard-working. They worked pretty much non-stop for the approximately ten hours it took. I was actually surprised by how long the move took, but I don't think they could have worked any faster or harder. They brought their own water and food and did not ask me for anything. I have moved a fair amount in my life and I have been asked by movers for everything from soda, to going out to buy them lunch, to outright telling me I had better be a big tipper if I wanted them to "take care of (me)." Nothing even remotely resembling that kind of behavior occurred with this crew. About half-way into the move, a supervisor from the company came out to check on how "the guys" were doing. He asked me how the men were working, if I had any concerns, etc. I only had one thing break in this move, a picture frame I had packed. These men did a great job taking care of my belongings.

Disappointing. Our quote was 6-7 hrs for 2 guys or 4-5 hrs for 3 guys. We got a similar quote from another firm, but chose this one because their hourly rate was a bit lower. The crew of 3 were nice and did a good job of wrapping our furniture (although 1 expensive item got a big gash in it). But they weren't very fast. They seemed tired from their moves the prior day. In fact, I ended up helping them physically move during the entire time they were there because I didn't want to get billed for more hours. They billed us for $7.75 hrs. at $143 per hour. Had I not helped, at their speed, it would have taken them 9+ hrs., which is double what they quoted us. I've had movers in the past move larger homes within a shorter time frame. When I discussed this with the estimator, she said she doesn't quote a 1 hr range (i.e. 4-5 hrs) but my wife confirms she did. The estimator did say she would have quoted 4-7 hrs, but that's still less time than we got billed for. We also fed the crew.

They arrived when they said they would and worked at a steady pace. They were careful with the furniture and the walls of the house. We completed the move in under the three hour minimum.

Amazing. Perfect. Could not have been better. I never thought I would use those words to describe a move, but I am! I have moved a lot and it is usually difficult. In the beginning, I was given an estimate and confirmation. The two gals that handled it were very professional and helpful and willing to help me with unusual and special circumstances. I called back later, explaining I had more "stuff" than I thought, and I was assured that it would be all right and I made some adjustments and chose to have a third man added. Chad talked to me, and was very helpful in letting me see how flexible they could be in getting me moved. The guys were great. They were cheerful, careful, and very competent and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and to make the move a smooth one. Nothing was broken. All of my items were handled with care. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you guys and thank you Chad and office crew! You are fabulous.

It went very well both times. The crews were professional, courteous and very concerned to not damage anything. They were anxious to help satisfy any reassembly and placement requirements. They also seemed to be very sensitive to working by the hour and moved very quickly.

I called the company to see whether they would move furniture around in my house and they said they would. They said they would charge a minimum of three hours for two men and gave me the cost per hour. I agreed and we set a date and time. Three men showed up on time, did the work very well and were very creative at getting furniture through tight spaces. They worked very efficiently. The company called few days later to ask how it went and I told them it went very well. The actual cost was equal to the estimated cost.

This experience was wonderful. The movers, Joe and Steve were professional, courteous and hard working. A previous moving experience with another company was not very positive, this was a very different experience.

I WAS FAIRLY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS AMAZING. NOTHING WAS BROKEN. THE GUYS MESSED AROUND A LITTLE BIT. I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE SERIOUS.

THE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK MOVING SERVICE COMPANY DID A FINE JOB WITH OUR FURNITURE. THEY ACTED AND MOVED OUR STUFF IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH ALL MY BELONGINGS. THEY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I LIKE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND DID NOT BREAK OR SCRATCH ANYTHING.
