Description of Work: In March 2012, we purchased a $79 coupon on-line from this service provider. The hook was that this was a last chance deal for Spring interior and exterior window cleaning at a discounted price. We immediately called the listed contact, Tim Disario, and left him a voice mail requesting that he call back. He never called back, so we left him no less than 3 additional voice mail messages. He still did not return our calls, so we phoned Angie's List. The representative told us to give the provider a few more days to call back. However, as of the date of this review, Mr. Disario still has not returned any of our calls, even though we've left him several additional voice mail messages. Unfortunately, we feel scammed,qi having pre-paid for a service that we will likely never receive. It appears that many other members have had similar experiences with this service provider - Top Notch should be removed from Angie's List.

Description of Work: I bought the service online thru Angie's List. It was a great price. I think it was $79 to clean 20 windows. He called me back after I left 2-3 phone calls. He said he would come out immediately but I said there was no rush I just really wanted them done before a party I was having which happened to be the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. He said he would come out on that Friday. BUT! He called me around 11am saying he had gotten the stomach flu.(REALLY) I called him immediately back. Guess what he didn't call me back until the following Tuesday. So to date, my windows are still not clean. I have left me at least 6 messages. He has only called me back once. On my final phone call, I asked that he leave me a couple of dates that he could clean my windows. I haven't heard back yet. I don't care if he cleans the best windows. I would never use him again. I'm going to see if I can get my money back from Angie's List which is where I bought the service.

Description of Work: Top Notch Window Cleaners was top notch! Tim was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job in only an hour of cleaning all the windows in my 2-story home, inside and out. I am very pleased with his services and will most likely call him back to power-wash my home, as he does that as well. I had a coupon off Angie's list that I only had to pay $79 for all the windows, which was a bargain price, however the regular price would have been very reasonable as well.

Description of Work: Service provider for window cleaning set up 2 appts with me but both were cancelled. One cancellation was due to scheduling and we set up another date for service. The other cancellation was as a result of the service provider being in an auto accident. I told him I understood. He called me again and left a message that he could do the work in the Spring or he was going to see if he could find another provider to do the job. I called him back and left a message that I still wanted the job done and did not want to wait until the Spring. I never heard from him again..

Description of Work: I bought the service through Angieslist. As an Angieslist's member I bought it trusting that service provider would be somewhat trustworthy and would be prescreened by Angieslist. I was disappointed by the overall experience with this provider. I had a 1:00 PM appointment with Top Notch on 10/24. I took off work that day because they did not work on weekend. I received a call at 1:04 PM telling me that they would not make it to the appointment due to some personal problem. When I told them that I had to take the day off work for this, they decided to schedule the cleaning for Sunday 10/30 at 9:00 AM. I agreed and cleared my weekend for the appointment. I received a phone message at 9:04 AM on Sunday indicating that they would not make it due to health issue. I called back and no one answered nor was a return called ever provided. I finally had enough and called Angieslist to get my refund. As I said. Very disappointed with Angieslist and Top Notch.
