Business owner was unable to do the work in a timely fashion due to injured status.

He has not called back the last five time to set up an appointment. The last time we spoke was six months ago. I've even tried to set up an appointment on his site and still no response.

I have used this company for three years in a row to clean the cutters at my house for fall. I have been completely satisfied with this company and will use them again this year

They did a good job. They didn't take a long time and got the work done. I didn't have to wait forever. They were also easy to get in touch with and showed up on time.

He did pretty well and was on time.

Sent several emails to schedule an appointment, with no resonse so far. Will try contacting by phone. Left messages, no response. How do we get our money back? Purchased two deals, at $79 each, would like the entire $158.00 refunded.

Showed up on time, did an excellent job on all the windows. Screens were removed and put back properly with no damage!

I have used them every year. I did not hire them for window washing; I use them for gutter cleaning. They came out fairly fast; it was within several weeks. I would refer them to everybody. I have referred them. I will continue to use them. This guy was fabulous. He will call me and tell me that it is time to clean my gutters.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. They're very quick. I called them and they scheduled the appointment within a week or so. They did a fabulous. He pointed out some problems I had with some of my windows which I'll take care of. He was very thorough, very efficient and the windows look great. He was terrific.

The service was fine. I just paid the price for the Big Deal. They did a very good job.

He was friendly enough when I called. I made an appointment for a morning I wouldn't be at home. The angie's list coupon was for $60 to clean exterior windows. I was supposed to leave the gate unlocked so he could do the back windows, and I forgot but he never called to say he couldn't get back there and consequently the back windows didn't get cleaned and I can't tell you that there was much of any difference at all to the front windows. Maybe they were cleaned maybe they weren't. Neither my husband nor I could tell. I would not use this company again.

First, Tim went out of his way to meet my scheduling needs. My daughter was having a bridal shower at our house, and we needed Tim at a moment's notice. He came through big time. He gave a very fair estimate for the work that was required above and beyond the Big Deal I purchased, and he got to work immediately. He cleaned each of the windows, inside and out, and removed and cleaned all of the sun screens on the house. Most of our windows hadn't really been cleaned on the outside since we purchased the home, but Tim made them all look brand new (except for those where the seal had broken... clearly something that was beyond Tim's control). I would hire Time again for window washing or gutter cleaning in the future.

Actually, it never occurred- I had purchased a coupon for the service, and made an appointment date; however Tim ( owner) was involved in a serious accident and we agreed to wait until Spring...my son came up from the Bay Area and helped me wash all of the windows and i felt deep sympathy for Tim; he seemed like a very sweet young man, so I just let the whole thing go. I am fine with this...

It went great. I called, they responded promptly, stuck to their quote. They showed up on time, and did a great job.

Did not return multiple phone calls. Refused to come and do job once I succeeded in contacting him. Never got my money back. Cancelled Angies list after such a poor overall experience.

Top Notch Window Washers cleaned gutters on one side of the house that needed to be cleaned. He was good. I thought the job was more than needed to be done but it turned out to be good.

The service was fine. He did a good job. The only thing is that I wish he had cleaned the tracks for the windows.
