Tim was very amenable to finding a service time that worked with my schedule. He arrived promptly at the appointed time and conducted all his work efficiently and thoroughly. Additionally, he was very friendly and professional, and went out of his way to share some ideas with me to solve a problem that I had with one of my gutters. I definitely plan on using Tim again, and I encourage others to use him, as well.

Tim is very thorough and leaves no streaks behind. We had an appointment that we had to leave early for during his cleaning. He cleaned the interior of the windows first which allowed us to leave. He, then, cleaned the exterior of the windows. We've never met Tim before, but he is very polite and trustworthy. When we returned all of the windows were spotless. He is extremely good at cleaning windows. We will definitely use his services again.

The time for the gutter cleaning had to be rescheduled due to weather. Tim was prompt and thorough. Got up on roof and checked gutters, removed screen guards as necessary, cleaned out areas that were blocked and made sure all was clear. After job was completed, Tim gave a full report on condition of gutters and how to maintain their integrity. I was pleased with his work and recommended his highly and will definitely use him again as needed.

They climbed on roof, cleaned the gutters and roof lines. There was enough debris to fill both yard waste cans. No debris was left around the property. Great job.

I got the special deal for this service in November of 2011. The guy was injured and he wasn't able to do it back in at the time. So he came out yesterday. He was prompt and he explained everything. He went around and looked at all the windows. He told me the additional charges other than the special deal price that I had. He was prompt and quick. He was in and out. He did a good job. The price was great because it was a special deal price. I will use him again in the future if I need to.

I didn't hear from him for a while and was getting worried, but he finally responded to my email and explained about the car accident.

I have a two story house. I used them as part of an Angie's List Deal. He was responsive, puntual, and professional. I will use him again and would recommend him to others.

The ad said that customer was to contact Top Notch Window cleaning. I was not waiting for them to reach me. I called them and got an appointment time. I spoke with him the day before to confirm (rainy weather) and the day of the appointment he actually called to start earlier. Fantastic Customer Service, very courteous. Exellent job.. Windows are gorgeous..Now I feel like I need to paint my house to show off my pretty windows! Smile! I highly recommend Top Notch.

Went very well. Tim arrived on time and went to work right away. His goal was to get the windows clean enough so you didn't see the glass, and he did just that. The windows are very clean, no streaks or film. He was friendly with our dogs abd courteous to my husband and I. I would definetly hire him again!

The recommendation from another Angie's List member prompted me to call Tim of Top Notch. All that I read was accurate, plus Tim is quite ethical. He pointed out concerns with screens and handled the worn material with care. A pleasure to receive quality work from a person taking pride in his business. The windows and screens came out very well, however, I was not too happy with some of the tracks. I was satisfied with the roof treatment and will have him come back again to retreat it when the weather is more applicable. Tim is a hard worker and I'm sure if I would have pointed out the tracks, he would have cleaned it out better. It was just as easy for me to do it, so I didn't bother having him come back. I also had to go over the patio door window trim. I think he said that he just does the windows, screens, and tracks, but not anything beyond that.

This is a local (Elk Grove area) company. The owner is the one who does the work. Ken came out the previous week and gave me an estimate and that didn't change. On the date we had decided upon, he arrived exactly on time. He had shoe covers on his feet. He did an excellent job on the windows. Above and beyond: I have a highly energetic and nosy little dog and he pleasantly put up with Snickers following him around the outside and the inside of the house. He was neat and tidy. (It's really nice and bright in the house now.) When he cleaned the tracks, he used a damp cloth. When I had my windows done previously, by a different company, they used a little vacuum first and I guess I prefer that procedure, but he did a good job. One of the windows on the outside got inadvertently missed. It was easy to miss because it is a small window above the bathtub. I didn't notice it for about an hour and I called him and he immediately came back and took care of it. Nothing was spilled or dropped on the carpets. He finished in two hours (the estimate given me previously). You should know that he does not accept Visa, so I wrote him a check. All in all, I was very pleased by the job he did. I would heartily recommend him.
