Showed up on time and completed inside and outside very quick. I only wish he would have cleaned the side walk after the gutters but overall I was very happy

II would not recommend him to my friends.

Top Notch was responsive to a last minute request and did a great job. It's nice to work with a company that understands life is not always predictable -- and works around that. Thank you.

This is the second time I have used their service. Both times they showed up exactly when they said they would, completed their job quickly and cleaned up after themselves in a minimum of time. Well worth the money.

Overall the job went as expected.

I set a date with the owner, and he didn't show up, so I called and left him a message. He called the next day and apologized profusely, saying he had gotten sick with a terrible flu and rescheduled with me. The 2nd time, he showed up right on time. He was very careful and clean, putting booties on his shoes to not track in dirt. On the down side, he used a razor blade to scrape spots of the windows. While the windows came out beautiful and crystal clear, I noticed some scratches that I don't believe were there before, and think came from the razor blade. I was not aware he would use a razor blade, and would discuss it with him if you are going to hire him and are concerned about that.

I purchased the service some time ago but didn't get around to calling until late November. It was several days before I heard back from Tim, but he was willing to come out on very short notice.Unfortunately the lousy weather has prevented the window washing from happening.

He did a great job. It cost a little more than I was expecting but I have a lot of windows. I would recommend him to anyone wanting their windows cleaned.

On time and within expected budget.

Owner could not perform service because of an accident. He sent a replacement and the work was performed adeqately. I'd use this service again because of the professionalism of the owner.Gutter

Owner didn't respond promptly to request for service. Found out later that he had been in a car accident and was out of commission. He send another helper (younger man) who was not skilled at this job. The gutters were not cleaned professionally. I called the owner and advised of this, and he promised to come back when he felt up to it. That never happened! Also, I have previously written a review within 30 days of my service.

Very responsive. He was able to come over within 3 days of the call for services and did a wonderful job.

He did a wonderful job on the windows, he also cleaned the tracts by hand but it would have been better if he used a vacuum.

I will hire them back in a month. It was a good experience. The only problem was he was having trouble with an employee, so he had to do job himself, and rushed it. It was getting late starting to get dark

They were very responsive. Called them and they called right back. Were flexible with setting up times but had to shift times a bit. Always very good about letting me know if there was change. Very satisfied overall.

Setting up appointment took longer than expected, but otherwise, very satisfied and will use Top Notch again.

My gutters had not been cleaned in years and I live in an older area with big trees so when Angie's list had a Deal on gutter cleaning, I jumped at the chance. I called Top Notch and made an appointment for the person to come out and clean my gutters. He arrived on time and began work immediately. Since my gutters were so full of debris, he told me that he might have to charge me more depending on how much additional work he had to do but ended up charging me the amount of the original estimate. He cleaned up all of the leaves and compacted vegetation (there were small plants growing in some area). There was no mess left on the ground or in my bushes. Simple job, got what I wanted at a great cost!!

We played phone tag for a long time and then he finally sent a guy out here but he never did the work, though he said he did.

He did a clean, fast, job. He is far less expensive than the other service provider. He did a great job. My only complaint is that he didn't clean out the tracks very well. I would, however, hire him again.

I think the person who came was the business owner - can't recall for sure. He arrived promptly and went right to work. First did inside windows, then outside. Amazingly fast, but no smudges - windows were crystal clear.

The windowns inside and outside of my home were cleaned to perfection! The service was performed very professionally and with little interruption to the household. I also received a report on windows that needed resealing. Excellent work overall!

The weather was rainy so he called and let me know that he could come to complete the work when it wasn't raining. It did eventually get done. The only negative thing I can say is that I would've liked if he called to tell me when it was completed. I don't think he came the day he said he was going to do. I only knew the job was done when the gutters flushed out during a rainy day. He was really good about scheduling but time went by and the job was never confirmed as finished.

Everything went very well. There was only a few days between my calling him and the service day. He arrived on time and performed the work in approximately one hour. He wore covers over his shoes when working inside the house and was careful not to spill anything on the carpeting or furnishings. The end result was fantastic. I had forgotten how clear window glass should be. The price I paid was actually $79 for the window washing and was one of Angie's Big Deals. He charges $1.25 per screen if you want him to clean them as well which I did. The screens turned out very well.

Excellent. He was able to come to my home within a few days of my call. In fact he was running ahead of schedule and called to make sure that I would be home if he got there early. He was efficient and quick and didn't make any mess around the windows while cleaning them.

Company returned my call within a couple of days. Very polite, even swept roof, but the gutters overflowed within a few days
