Description of Work: They sprayed for bug and got all the cob webs out. I never had an ant problem since I've had them. As for the cost it's $95.00 every three months. Our Terminix guy is always very professional.

 + -1 moreI HAD NO ANT PROBLEM BEFORE HIRED. AFTER SPRAYING, HAD HUGE ANT PROBLEM. HAD THREE NO SHOWS FOR RETURN. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AND NOW I NO LONGER USE THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY SPRAYED OUTSIDE AND INSIDE FOR SPIDERS, ANTS AND OTHER INSECTS. THEN THEY LEFT TRAPS FOR ANY RODENTS.

 + -1 moreTHEY FOUND MINOR THINGS WRONG. THEN THEY RETURNED WITH TWO PEOPLE. ONE OF THEM DID MINOR REPAIRS ON ROOF BEAMS, WHICH TOOK ABOUT A HALF HOUR. THE OTHER PERSON SPENT THE TIME HERE ON A CELL PHONE ON A PERSONAL CALL. THE $600.00 THEY CHARGED ME WAS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. IT REALLY FELT LIKE A RIP-OFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL FOR A HOME INSPECTION.
Description of Work: THEY DID AN INSPECTION OF REPAIRS NEEDED TO THE HOUSE (AS PART OF REQUIREMENT FOR GETTING A REVERSE MORTGAGE).

 + -1 moreTERMINIX TALKED A GOOD GAME AND HAD A NICE TECHNICIAN, BUT NEVER DELIVERED ON THE PROMISE OF ENDING OUR SAGA WITH INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PESTS THAT WERE PALGUING EVERYONE IN THE AREA. WE SWITCHED COMPANIES (TO A COMPETITOR) AT THE END OF OUR CONTRACT AND IMMEDIATELY SAW MUCH BETTER RESULTS WITH THE NEW COMPANY.
Description of Work: I USED THEM TO SERVICE A NEW HOME IN A NEW DEVELOPMENT. THEY ALSO MANAGED PESTS ON EXTERIOR, GARAGE AND INTERIOR OF HOME: INCLUDING ANTS, SPIDERS, WASPS, CLOTHES MOTHS, MICE, WIDOW SPIDERS AND YELLOW JACKETS. THEY TOOK CARE OF DE-WEBBING OF THE HOME EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR.
