Terminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest Control

Based on the excellent service and price quote, I decided to use Terminix. The pesticide applicator arrived on time and performed the services in a timely and professional manner. I was very satisfied with the job he did and would recommend Terminix for anyone who wants excellent customer service at a very competitive price.

I am very disappointed with their follow-up. In the contract, it states that they are supposed to come out every other month to evaluate the termite activity. This past year, they only came out three times. As for the installation of the system, they were qualified and spaced the system appropriately. I will not continue with their services as they are not attentive and expensive.

They came and did exactly what I asked them to do. They were high in price, but we haven't had any ants since they sprayed. I would recommend them to others for the good work that they have done for me.

I am very happy with the service they provided. We know have them take care of our ant problem should they ever show up again. I would also recommend them to others as they respond very quickly to your call.

They are very good and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I know that I can trust them to be timely, efficient, and courteous. This is an excellent company and they provide a great service. I plan on sticking with them.

It is an excellent company that is well established in every major city around us. I have a always had a good relationship with them. I can say that their services are high grade and their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies.

We'd been having problems with spiders, earwigs, and silverfish inside our house, so we called several companies to get quotes. Terminix was the most reasonable, and the technician they sent, Don, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to us what he was doing as he was doing it, and he answered our many questions about the chemicals used, its safety for children, and its effectiveness on the bugs. He arrived on time and gave us tips on what we can do to help the problem (such as getting rid of the bark in the planters, because silverfish LOVE that).

Polite, but slow to respond and completely ineffective.

THEY ARE NON-RESPONSIVE WHEN I CALL FOR ASSISTANCE BETWEEN VISITS. OFTEN THEY BLAME THE PROBLEM ON US. I AM AMAZED THAT THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB SPRAYING FOR TERMITES. THEY ONLY HAD TO SPRAY A FEW TIMES AND WE NOT LONGER HAVE THEM. IF THEY WOULDNT HAVE BEEN SO PRECISE ABOUT COMING BACK FOR THE FOLLOW-UP TREATMENTS, WE PROBABLY WOULD STILL HAVE THEM.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT COVERING ALL PARTS OF MY HOME. THEY SPRAYED THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF MY HOME. SINCE THEY HAVE SPRAYED I HAVEN T HAD ANY PEST PROBLEMS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME.

THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP ON SCHEDULE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANTS AFTER THEY LEAVE, I JUST CALL THEM BACK. THEY WILL COME OUT AND RESPRAY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT MAKING MY HOME ANT AND SILVERFISH FREE. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS SO THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS WORTH THE MONEY.

THIS COMPANY MAKES AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME EACH MONTH AND STICKS TO IT. HIS SCHEDULE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MINE AND HE DOES VERY NICE WORK. WE ARE HAPPY WITH HIS HOSPITALITY.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY'S SERVICE. THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY ALSO WERE ON TIME LIKE I WAS TOLD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY COME ONCE A YEAR. I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY JUST SHOW UP WHEN THEY WANT TO. I WISH THAT THEY WOULD CALL FIRST. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER TEN YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE BEST. I JUST THINK THAT THEY HAVE BAD EMPLOYEES.

I THINK THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH. THEY DO GOOD WORK, THOUGH. WE HAVE DONE A LOT OF WORK TO OUR HOME AND WHEN WE STARTED GETTING TERMITES WE DIDN'T WANT THEM TO BECOME A PROBLEM. TERMINEX HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM SO FAR.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO REMIND ME THAT THEY ARE COMING. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS POLITE. I ALSO WAS GIVEN A 24 MONTH WARRANTY.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR ME. THEY GOT RID OF ALL OF THE COCKROACHES AND SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. THEY CAME ON TIME LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY WERE SO PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.

I WOULD TELL OTHERS TO HIRE THEM BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME. THERE IS A LADY THAT COMES OUT TO SPRAY WHO IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. SHE TOLD ME I DON'T REALLY HAVE AN INSECT PROBLEM. I THINK IT'S BECAUSE OF THEM SO I HAVE THEM COME BACK.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS CALL IN ADVANCE TO LET US KNOW THAT THEY WILL BE COMING OUT. WE APPRECIATE THAT A LOT. THEY ALWAYS INFORM US ON HOW THE TREATMENT IS GOING. IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES THEY LET US KNOW RIGHT AWAY.

WE HAD CALLED THE COMPANY BECAUSE WE HAD AN ANT PROBLEM. THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND TREATED THE SMALL YARD AND PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. I LIKE THAT THEY CALL ME TO REMIND ME IT'S TIME FOR A TREATMENT.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY ARRIVED AROUND THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I THINK THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY WERE ALSO VERY QUICK AND HELPFUL.

Our Terminix representative is punctual and hits every crack and crevice with the exterminating chemicals. He is easy to talk to and available for questions. He also gave us glue traps for a potential mice problem.
