Terminix - Sacramento -Termite & Pest Control

I have had a great experience with them. We have had the same guy chasing bugs for us for years.

They are thorough and they do a good job. The people that come out to do the work are very personable. We’ve had good results from what they do. We get a discount for a yearly bill. We’ve been happy with them. We will continue to use them.

I have been satisfied, I have no complaints. I don't have any pest problems, and they always let me know when they have been here. Everything has been pretty routine, no problems.

We like their professionalism. They are on time and do a pretty thorough job. They are always pretty polite when we speak to them. Overall, they do a good job.

They have done a fantastic job getting rid of ants and mice. They have continued to treat my home on the outside. They originally treated the inside and now will only do so if needed. They call a couple days prior to coming out to my home. They have accomodated appointments if needed.

They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they are going to do. I have two different things with Terminix. One of them is the regular service, where they come every 3 months, and spray the outside. The other service is the termite service, where they come once a year, and spray the inside and outside. I will use them in the future.

They are good about calling ahead and informing us when are going to be coming to the residence. They always leave a report afterwards. I have had their service for more than five years. I would use them again in the future.

The one thing they do, which I requested, is that they call before they come. They also leave a report on the door. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use Terminix.

They are very thorough. Ever since we've had them, we've had no problems since. They are on time with their appointments.

I grew up in this area in my family house. My family had used them for years and years. When I moved, I signed up for their service contract. Every problem that I have, they have taken care of instantly. My experience with them has been great.

They have a great guarantee. If you have a problem after they come out and spray they will come right back out and take care of the problem.

The service always goes well. We use them every year for a regular service.

We’ve had Terminix for approximately 20 years. I keep going back to them because they seem to take care of the problems that were present when they started. Their prices are also competitive with others. They also call before they come out to let me know they are coming and are very courteous and polite.

They come on a regular schedule. They do a great job. We pay $90 every 3 months. They are reliable and their product works. Their prices are comparable; they aren't any better or worse.

They are very responsive, and have always been very helpful when we need them. I have been using them for years now, and have been very happy with their service. I wouldn't think of changing to another company.

They are punctual. They respond if I have any pest problems and come out right away. The workers are quite professional.

They are fine. It's been a good experience.

Cheaper than clarks. They quoted me $629.00. He gave me a couple hints where to find the bugs/termites. Price included ultimate protection for termites and bugs, but I didn’t have termites, so I didn’t use them.

They responded quickly. They were customer friendly, and the workers were very good. I spent $100 for the termite report and $495 for the dry rot repair. I don?t think they did a good job for $495; they just put a piece of wood on a frame. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Pedro is the person who always comes out. He is always professional and thorough. He takes the time to make sure that my questions are answered. He does a fantastic job. He does free maintenance in between my scheduled maintenance. I had mice in my garage and he came out and fixed it for free. I pay them every 90 days.

They are courteous. If I need anything I call them and they come back and take care of it. They are a good company and I recommend them. I will use them in the future.

I would NEVER sign another contract with this company. The technician services all the Terminex accounts in my area so does as he pleases, probably ripping off others as I've witnessed him doing to ME! The first time the technician came to my house he said he could not take care of my rodent problem with a one-time visit. It made lots of sense to me, and I was able to negogiate his original contract price to $500 for a yearly service which included the initial and 4 other visits - which also included free visits for other pest problems you might have. I called them for flea spraying and I was told that it was nearly impossible to get rid of fleas when you have a cat coming in and out. I noticed that it took the technician just a few minutes to spray (I was outside) - but he assured me he'd sprayed the entire house. When I still was infested with fleas, I called back and asked that he respray. The technician said at that time it was impossible to really get rid of fleas, and reluctantly sprayed. This time I was home and followed him around the house. I noticed no more fleas!! I also had a rodent problem and a bait box was set in my attic. I was unable to be home with the 2nd visit, and was told the technician refilled the box. I trusted that he'd done this. When I noticed a rat dropping in my house, I called the company and was assured the technician would rebate the box. We set up a time, and I told him to call me before arrival. When he called I was unable to answer the telephone because I was soaking in the bathtub. The front door was locked. When I later called him and asked if he was coming, he said he'd been there and had refilled the box which was a LIE. When I confronted him about his lie, and told him I was soaking in the tub he said he'd come in and refilled the trap. The next time I saw him for a service, I told him he was not in my home that my door was locked. He continued to lie to me and said he was. I've learned from this experience that this company cannot be trusted. They say they do service when they don't. BEWARE - if you must hire an exterminator company, MAKE SURE YOUR HOME AND WATCH WHAT THEY DO. I called the company to company and never received a call back. In the future, I will hire a company who is top rated from Angie's list, but due to my horrible experience with Terminex I'll be watchful of everything they do to avoid being ripped off.

They were very good. They did their job and they were on time.

The work is still going on. I still don?t know how well the pest control is going to work. My experience with them has been okay. The price was great, which is why I went with them. They did have the advantage of being the last bidder. So they knew the bids given by the other companies and they underbid them. They promptly return the phone calls and show up promptly. I was able to speak to the supervisor when I had questions or concerns. They use contractors for fixing the damages. The first general contractor they sent to repair the frame damage from the termites refused to do the job when I wanted to check his license. So I was furious and asked them as to why they sent somebody who didn?t want to be checked. I thought that there was something wrong with his license. I then found that his workmen's compensation had expired and it was a violation in California. I have a two story home and the chances of someone getting injured while doing the work was relatively high. It wasn?t simple handyman work, but they had to remove everything from the bottom floor. So I can be sued if someone gets injured. I was not protected as a homeowner. That?s why I was upset that they weren?t bothered about checking the license. I am not sure if they have stopped working with him. There is another store that I spoke to and they said that they check the licenses regularly since some things can expire. It?s a month to month thing. It wouldn?t mean anything now if they had it checked six months ago. So I was disappointed with that. The work hasn?t been done yet, but it?s not the fault of the people I am working with currently. The siding that I have is hard to match and they weren?t able to match it. So I asked them to give me some time to try and match it. I am doing the legwork myself. I don?t know about the quality yet. They really tried hard to please me. I think they need to check the licenses of the contractors they work with regularly. I would suggest people who want to get any repairs done to use Terminix, but they need to check the licenses to make sure that their licenses are good.

My overall experience with them has been fantastic. We moved in on the 31st of July, and for the first 2 or 3 weeks, it was a pretty bad situation. They came out the first time and set everything up. They offered to come back and pick anything that was dead. Within two weeks, we found a total of maybe 20 rats dead outside of the house. Since then I have only seen one. They came out the first time for the ants and did their treatment. We called them a week later because we could still see them, and they came back out pretty promptly. We have had no more ants after that. We pay about $80 once every three months. I would use them again.
