Description of Work: I was downsizing to a 1 bedroom apartment. First they moved everything I was taking to the new apartment. About 2 weeks later, After I finished sorting and tossing, they moved the rest to storage at SIerra Valley Movings fantastic storage facility ( after a stop at a charity for a lot of items I was donating. Description of Work: They arrived promptly and even called prior to ensure we were expecting them. They used 4 men to unload the trucks. Normally, in our experience, it takes less time to unload than to load. In this case, it took 3 men 9 hours to load and 4 men 12 hours to unload which resulted in much higher costs than anticipated. Many of our items were damaged, but I don't know if it was the fault of the loaders or the unloaders.

Description of Work: Great service! They were able to accomodate on a short notice, I booked my move about 3 days in advance. They charged me $110 for a roundtrip from Sacramento to El Dorado Hills and $110 for one hour of work. This was on a weekday, weekends are twice the price. The two workers were at the house about 30 mintues early, wrapped my sofa, arm chair etc. in plastic and carefully loaded everything into the truck. Overall, they did a very good job protecting the furniture and the flooring, worked very quickly and were professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and use this service in the future.

Description of Work: I moved from Sacramento to Lincoln last year and these guys were terrific! They arrived on time, did exactly what I asked of them and then some. Great company! Can't remember the price, but what was quoted was more than I paid. They were so efficent that the move didn't take as long as expected, so I wasn't charged for the time it was estimated to take. I recommend these guys to my friends and anyone else contemplating a move.
