Description of Work: Steve responded the same day. He was able to provide a number for the job (verbally). Said he would do the job and then refused to return telephone calls. We thought he was going to do the work for us. He wasted a great deal of our time, waiting for him to respond. In business, it's key to at least acknowledge a client. If the job is unwanted, the right thing to do is just say so. This contractor receives a poor rating.

Description of Work: Was very friendly and professional. Steve installed granite slab in my sons bathroom. After viewing his amazing work on his website and his highly recommended references I knew he was a great choice. He will beat any price he said and he did.
