Description of Work: 500 sq ft of concrete including driveway extension, patio and walkway in front yard. Stamped with Roman slate, color release, and rebar.

Description of Work: Estimates for RV/trash pad and driveway. Due to egress/ingress issues, I decided to only have RV/trash pad done at this time for which the estimate increased by $200. The crew showed up without a finalized contract (as I was waiting for my revisions to be accepted) nor an appointment, and insisted, to my son (I was not home because I didn't expect them to be there) that the driveway was also to be done. | |After that was straightened out, and an appointment was set the crew came timely to commence work. I noticed that contrary to what the owner told me when he gave me the estimate, the crew did not place mesh/re-bar before pouring the concrete. Upon my questioning, one of the crew said there was an additive in the concrete which was just as good. Later upon questioning the owner he also said there was an additive in the concrete and he was using 6-sack instead of 5-sack which made it just as good as if using wire mesh/re-bar. | |The job was done on a Wednesday and upon my question as to when the mold/caution cones would be removed, the sole individual remaining to finish the concrete told me someone would return about Saturday to remove the molds/caution cones - no one came. | |I had to e-mail the company the following Tuesday to remove molds/caution cones and was told they'd be there in the evening. No one showed up, so again I e-mail the company the next day and a few hours later someone removed the molds/cones. | |There appeared too much miscommunication/misunderstanding that it seemed like a lot of work, on my part, for something that should have been very simple.

Description of Work: Replaced sidewalk on side of house where settling had made it sink. Put new mortar in small area of brickwork that had pulled away from the house.

Description of Work: PMT did an excellent job on replacing 4 sections of exposed aggregate around our pool! They removed a very large root and repaired the sprinkler pipe. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day!

Description of Work: Replaced portion of our driveway that was damaged by tree roots. Existing driveway did not have re-bar when poured. Peni's crew removed the existing concrete, created a root barrier, prepared the area for new concrete, including re-bar, and poured the same day. Result very closely matched our existing driveway. Very pleased with the prompt, courteous, competitive and quality service.

Description of Work: The crew for PMT demolished driveways on two of my rentals and replaced them with two new, wider driveways and a back patio. I have used them before and knew they would do a good job. As usual, everything went well.
