Don't give them your money ... I will let the txt speak for them selves.. trying to get my deposit back since July with several promises and just nothing .. filing with BBB, CSLB, and District Attorney. June 4, 2024 I will give it to you in two weeks when I return. June 26,2024 I will be back on Friday and I will come take care of it. July 4th 2024 I get to Sacramento to tomorrow night and we'll meet on Monday July 16 2024 I am in Auburn today On and on they are having money issues do not give a deposit or allow them to work .. you will loose

Did not listen about the speeding rules and got us a ticket for $265 won't respond and they are not bonded and they're not supposed to be doing jobs.

I had concrete work done about a year ago with this "company" and a lot of problems were reflected by other poor reviews about this company. HOWEVER, most if not all refer to the business owner named "Peni" or "Penni" but that's not who I dealt with. Who I dealt with was the daughter's husband named Peti who will take jobs under PMTs name. Allow me to give you a play by play of the whole start to finish. At first their price was awesome and reasonable however after making the mistake of giving the check for the whole price up front and a week of work and not finishing the job by picking up all the torn up ground, rock, roots, etc just left there they left the country out of nowhere due to a "family emergency". No notice, no text, no call, just left without finishing the job. 2 weeks pass and I call the number on their site again, this time a man picks up that isn't Peti or the owners daughter but the owners son who had no idea the job was happening. Turns out, this isn't the first time Peti had used the company name to do a job and both him and his wife had been told to stop doing that from the actual owner. The brother reassured me he was gonna get in contact with them after seeing the photos of the job and get them to make it right. Wouldn't you know it right after I talk to him the daughter FINALLY responds to my messages. Fast forward to about 2 months later and it took multiple times to finally get ahold of them to come by. On top of the unfinished job of not picking all that stuff up, the work was awful. Multiple hairline cracks due to poor workmanship and when asked, Peti said that was normal however after talking to a friend of mine that works for the state he informed me that work is unacceptable. My buddy told me to ask for his concrete license so he could look up the legitimacy of this company. After asking for it he switched gears and said he would replace all the cracked concrete. To be honest I just wanted the job done so he could leave and I would never have to deal with this anymore. But it just kept getting worse and worse. From breaking my sliding gate rail, to breaking concrete with their tractor and patching not replacing the breaks, leaving trash every where, and concreting up to my wooden fence as in attaching it which I was told was also incorrectly done, I was fed up with this whole situation and wanted it to be over with. After they had finished "fixing" all their mistakes all I needed left was his concrete license and the money that it cost to fix the railing which luckily after telling him multiple times he gave me the money after trying to convince me that one of his guys can weld it back together which isn't fixing the problem but prolonging it. However fast forward to current day a lot of the work he did is chipping away and crumbling so now I have to have a different company come and redo this unacceptable work. And no, I still never got his concrete license.

They installed a concrete foundation with footings for a custom 16×24 Tuff Shed. Couldn't say enough good things about this company. They are very kind and professional. The crew was on time and very helpful when the clueless building inspector came. They even suggested a slight adjustment to improve the placement of the shed. Driveway extension turned out great as well. Quick and dependable company!

we had discussed that there might be additional root work on one side where neighbors tree stump is located. I had preped are by having a stump grinder cut back and grind roots encroaching on my prop. The owner dropped off crew and tgey went to work on job but had no supervision as tgey tore out my main line sprinkler line by over cutting the walkway by 18 inches. They did not have all the material on site rebar and 2 x 4 form. The mixer truck and I would not allow the pour until the rebar was anchored as specified. The concrete mixer stood by for over an hour waiting for materials to be delivered and for my ok. Eventually all was done but they wanted $500 above the signed contract. I had to explain the contract specified 42 inch walkway. He had to put in a concrete sewer box due to the wider walk. I did give an extra $150 fir root abatement as it was discussed but would not pay for standing time in mixer. he did repair the sprinkler line but put in a full circle head for the 1/4 spray which needed replacing as water went in all directions including the nee concrete, and existing drive way. a few headaches but verall the concrete work looked good. His crew just needs constant supervision by a responsible supervisor!

Peni was very polite and quick to respond to our inquiry. He indicated he would be able to do the job beginning Monday morning which worked for us. His crew arrived on time and began the work. In the process of removing the lawn and dirt from the area adjacent the sidewalk was broken. We did not notice this for three days as the crew was busy working. There were a few air bubbles that became noticeable after a few days, This meant the top layer came off...we were told this would not impact the quality of the cement. The crew worked until about 10 p.m. on the third day floating the concrete. There were rough edges in the area where the concrete separators were and concrete was smeared onto the sidewalk. The area along the edges of the area where concrete was poured were left with a 2" gap on each side which we had to fill in. The cleanup was minimal and required us to take care of ourselves. We later found a hand sprinkler that was broken.

We were in a hurry as the home was going up for sale. I meet with PMT and we came to an agreement for cost and time frame. PMT showed up the next morning at 8am and removed the old patio along with the tree roots that caused the problem in the first place. The next day the project was completed. No complaints on a job well done.

The work went well, and the enlarged driveway still looks great several years later. Would hire again for future concrete work.

The construction went very well. With some discussion, we made sure we were all on the same page about the details of the new walks, which are simple concrete without any special additions or treatments. The crew brought a Bobcat-type skidder with jackhammer and loader attachments, as well as a dump truck. They had the old driveway removed and hauled off in less than an hour. Then they worked with us in laying out the shapes, elevations, and slopes of the new walkways and had the forms all set in another couple of hours, doing it by eye and following the slopes and heights of the yard. The concrete was poured in another hour or so and the entire job was finished by the end of the day. They removed the forms a couple days later. Their price was among the lowest we were quoted. The finished walks look very nice and are a pleasure to use. I gave them a B in Professionalism because the quote was lacking in any detail and they haven't yet provided an invoice, even though I've called once to remind them. For a small, simple job like this one, that might be OK, but for a large or complex one I'd want a clearer documentation and better accounting.

The work went extremely well. The men broke up and carried away all of the concrete the first day and then poured and smoothed the new concrete the second day. They took out the forms the third day and returned on the fourth day to clean up. The men worked extremely hard, especially considering the temp reached 104 the first day when they were breaking up the concrete. Peni, the owner, is pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. When we mentioned that we thought the apron might be a foot wider, he had his men change the forms to accomplish that. His price was very good, quite competitive with the other bids we got. He has great reviews and his license and insurance are up to date. We are extremely pleased with PMT and we do not hesitate to recommend them. We would certainly hire them again should we need work that they do.

Sent an email request for contact on 6/30 and didn't here back until 7/22. We had another Angie's list provider complete our project.

It went great. They gave me a very competitive price and stayed on schedule. They were very friendly and accommodating when we had to make some adjustments to the plan. I would use them again.

Entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. Owner and work crew were very courteous and professional results were outstanding. Would recommend there services to anyone.

From my first contact with Peni to the finish it all went very smoothly. The crew is very courteous and professional and Peni is nice, honest and very easy to work with. I had a few changes during the project, we agreed verbally on the additional cost and there were no surprises at the end. When the crew had questions (I didn't have a drawn out plan but was describing what I wanted to them) They made sure to ask me, and were very nice about correcting things like moving their forms when I asked to do the walkway differently. I had originally only described it to them with a lot of hand motions, no plans to measure off of, so it could have gone very wrong that that point but they listened and made the changes telling me it was no problem when I was apologizing for not having a drawing of what I wanted. The job turned out beautifully! My neighbors have all come over and complemented it. I would recommend PMT to anyone.They are fast, honest, and really good!

PMT was prompt, courteous, competitive and the service was excellent.

Called three contractors for bids. PMT was the only one to respond and did so the same day and actually responded within two hours. Was able to do a bid for me that same day and completed the work the following day. We were on a time crunch due to selling the house and they did everything they said within a very short time. The work was fantastic, and the buyer for the home was delighted. Can't say enough good stuff about this company.

They just got done so, they will need to come back and take the forms out. We like them and they did a great job.

We also had then decided to add concrete stamping and coloring to the job, Peni made suggestions,left and brought stamps and color charts that same morning and it was all added to the project by afternoon ,as it was underway, for an additional price. Peni returned at dark to check on the curing, then after two days crew returned to clean everything,and power wash the top layer of color dust off . Overall, it all turned out very well,Peni and the friendly crew made sure everything was sloped and sectioned correctly along the way, cleaned up all debris, and did a timely quality job ,at a good price.PMT is Highly recommended if you want to get things done, they get in and get out promptly and correctly.

Peni and his crew did a great job replacing my cement driveway and walkway. Everyone I dealt with was polite, responsive, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond and gave me a beautiful new driveway. Neighbors are complimenting me on it! The price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend and would use again in an instant.

Responded fast to request for quote. Got three bids and PMT was the most responsive and price competitive. Work involved removing existing hardscape and landscaping and that work was done fast and efficently, the work had to be done by hand tools since there was no access for tractors. There were some plants that required relocation and PMT's staff gladly moved the shrubs at no additional cost. The job foreman kept me informed on plans and status and even made some recomendations that improved the overall project at no extra cost. I am quite impressed with the total experience from bid to project completion, I would not hesitate to use PMT again or recommend to friends. In short low bid and excellent work.

Peni shook our hands, asked for 0 money down until the job was done and we were happy. He told us he could start that afternoon and showed up two hours later with a group of guys and equipment. They worked all afternoon and completed the digging, laying gravel and rebar (not chicken wire) that same afternoon. Peni's crew were courteous and respectful to my family, they were available to answer all our questions and checked frequently that the project was going as needed. When I asked for changes Peni and his crew were right on top of it. When I called him for any reason I was called back promptly. His guys layed extra gravel in an area where we wanted a shed built and filled our potholes. They poured the whole driveway in one day. It is a long driveway so it was important it drain water away from the house and the joints be straight. Peni has delivered on everything he told us he would plus more. We are over the moon happy with our new driveway and will be using PMT Concrete again to finish the rest of the driveway and a patio in the spring.
