Description of Work: Removed old driveway and walkway. Many tree roots had to be removed. Found that a tree root had punctured the sewer line and it was half filled with roots. They fixed that, saving me a major plumbing bill in the future. Laid down gravel and rebar and poured the new concrete the same afternoon. Completed the entire job in one day. All of his crew worked extremely hard and were very professional. I would definitely recommend PMT for concrete work.

Description of Work: Peni the owner came promptly to give me an estimate for ADA accessibility entrance to business which requires a lot more than knowing how to do good concrete work. Him & his crew was very professional, friendly, and fast to complete a big job. His price and quality was the best. In fact I'll be using him again on another job, soon. Thank you Peni & his team.

Description of Work: They removed a sloped area of dying lawn and replaced it with a beautiful tiered poured concrete series of curved steps. It allowed us to have use of the yard again. The crew was courteous and very professional. They listened carefully to my husband's ideas and created a lovely area for a backyard wedding which we had planned.

Description of Work: PMT's crew lay a parking pad next to our driveway and widened the sidewalk to the side of the garage. Peni was quick and on time to visit for an estimate. His crew was there the next morning to dig, remove dirt (we asked them to take it to our backyard and they leveled it for us), level and lay the pads. Each crew member was polite and they worked hard all day (though concrete paying has periods of waiting, we found out - for the cement truck). They gave us clear instructions on what to do or not do over the next week re: walking or driving on the pads. Now over a month later, both pads are level, no cracks, like they've been there forever.

Description of Work: Company jack-hammered up a section of my pool apron because roots were raising the deck surface. They performed professionally and quickly. Initially, I thought they would have to cut the concrete and that is what the initial cost estimate was based on. When the technician arrived, he deduced that a jack hammer was a better way of removing the small (8' X 8') piece of concrete. He was correct, but the job went a lot faster than I originally thought and consequently I paid probably $50 more than I had to. Overall, I was very satisfied with the result.
