Description of Work: The tub looks beautiful but Bill said I did not need to move my violets from the bathroom, but after he left I noticed that there was dirt on the back of the toilet and found one of my pots broken but replaced to hide it. He told me not to use a tub mat with suction cups as it will pull up the paint, true but he told me to use the rubber mats that go under throw rugs. Completely non-slip until it got wet. I fell the first time I used the tub. He used regular masking tape to put up the plastic drape rather than painter's tape so i now have several spots of missing paint all around the bathroom. I would use Miracle Method again, but I will never allow Bill in my home again.

Description of Work: They resurfaced the white porcelain double sink in my kitchen. I would have given them all A ratings, except the tech did not resurface under the faucet base. We weren't asked to loosen or remove it, which we easily could have done. And since there was a "tent" covering the work, I couldn't see what he was doing. Bottom line, soon after resurfacing, we replaced faucet, and the new base plate is much smaller, revealing an unfinished area the shape of the old base. Looks bad & unprofessional. Don't recall if they expressly said they'd remove faucet before spraying, but I thought so. After all, who would pay to resurface but never be able to change faucets? They at least should have given us a chance to uncover that area before spraying.

Description of Work: Miracle Method resurfaced my 1973 vintage fiberglass shower. This involved removing the shower door and sanding the hard water stains accumulated over the years before applying the new surface. It dried overnight with the fumes vented to an outside fan. It looks beautiful.

+ -1 moreThey never said the smell would or could make you sick, I ended up home from work the next day with headache,nausea and dizziness. They should warn consumers that it is toxic and not to use for a couple days. In my case we only have the one bathroom so I had to use it. But if I ever had it done again I would stay somewhere else.
Description of Work: They refinished my tub. The job is okay but I still see some runs in the final product and I am still finding evidence of some kind of over spray on the floor behind toilet, on lightswitch, the faucet and on the sink. It is a rough sticky feeling. I called them back once and they came out because it was on the wall of the shower and he buffed or sanded it off. I just didn't call back again to tell them I had found more of the same substance.

+ -1 moreDon, the service man arrived early and went right to work. He spent 9 hours on the first day. In that time he removed the old shower doors, thourghly cleaned all the tile, re-grouted where required, masked-off all wall and floor areas that needed protection, and applied 3 coats of there special white urethane coating to all the tiled areas. This coating covered the grouted areas as well as the tile. On the second day he also arrived on time and spent approx. 2 hours finishing up. This consisted of removing the masking, buffing-out the tile, sealing the more troublesome grout areas with silicone sealant and installing the new shower doors. The cost to restore the tile was $925, and the new doors was $342 + tax. The cost to have a contractor come in and rip out the old tile (and probably damage the sheetrock in the process, re-hot mop the floor pan, and re-tile would have been $10,000 to $15,000, and I would still have to deal with grout. My wife is thrilled! It looks better than new.
Description of Work: The task was to restore the tile shower in our master bathroom. It is a full size shower and the walls and floor pan are both tiled. The tile walls were covered with hard water deposits, the floor tiles were discoloring, and the grout was coming out at various locations, mostly were the walls meet the floor. Finely, the shower doors (two sliding doors) were to be replaced.
