MIRACLE METHOD

It went very well. Cost was a little higher than expected but they did a good job & were professional. The main reason I give them a B is the fumes made me very sick. I did not know beforehand that could be an issue.

This company is awesome! David came out on Monday morning to refinish the kitchen sink and countertops and by Wednesday at noon everything was done. David did a beautiful job and went way beyond our expectations. We are so glad we hired David's expertise and wondered what took us so long? We are very happy that we removed the old kitchen faucet and the rusted metal rings that were in the sink along with the old dishwasher spout. This way if we ever need to replace the faucet we can do so without worrying about the sink not being refinished in certain spots. The entire kitchen sink looks brand new. We had the countertops done in "Fossil" as it brings out the medium grained oak cabinets and everything blends very well. We have old wallpaper on our wall and was told that it might possibly come off in places with the tape. It did come off in a few places, but being that it is old wallpaper it will spur us to do something about it (remove wallpaper and paint the wall maybe?) This really does not bother us, but something to be aware of. The countertops literally look like stone. No more grout cleaning! David repaired tile that was pitted as well as tiles that had a long continuous crack on the edge. The work is truly impressive! As for the odor it is not too bad - we have a fan that is vented to the outside so hopefully in a few days that part will be history. I appreciated that David took the time to educate me on what products I should or should not be using in order to maintain the sink and countertops. The only thing left to do at this point is to wait 24 to 48 hours for the kitchen to cure. Domco Plumbing will come on Thursday and install our new faucet and metal rings. Then after this, we look forward to enjoying our "new" kitchen for years to come! Thank you, David, for a superb job!

Everyone I dealt with at Miracle Method was friendly, helpful. I spoke with both Olivia and Alex in person and on the phone. Both were helpful, pleasant. Tom was the esitimator who came to our house and gave us a price, and told us what to expect. We had work done by Miracle Method once before, (see review 4/12/14), and were very happy with the quality of their work. Garret got here on time on 11/11/14. He was friendly, polite, got to work covering everything that needed to be covered. We had recently replaced all our flooring, and I was concerned about anything getting on the floor. He covered the floor completely in the kitchen and just outside the kitchen. He made kind of a tent with the plastic to contain anything that might be in the air, in the kitchen. Everything was vented out the kitchen window. He was here most of the day, and said he would finish up on Wednesday, which was a pleasant surprise, as we thought Thursday would be the day of completion. The odor from the product Miracle Method uses, is quite strong, but went away completely in about three or four days. Garret returned Wed and finished up the counters. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself. He did a wonderful job. The counters look fantastic. We chose and quot;Cappucinoand quot; for the counters, as it is light, and our floors are a bit on the darker side. I am so happy with the counters. I just wish we had done them sooner. I kept thinking we needed to rip out the old counters and have completely new counters installed. WRONG. The counters do not look cheap. We had a new sink and faucet installed by Chapman's Legacy Plumbing, and with the new counters, we've achieved what we were hoping for. We would definitely recommend Miracle Method. It was a good, painless experience. Angie's List makes it so much easier to choose good companies.

Holy smokes. The area that needed attention was not that big but he wanted $400 to strip the old paint and $1200 for the refinish and if I wanted anything other than white, that would cost extra. Yikes!!! My contractor was going to charge that much for demo and installation. Where is the savings. Watched a couple of YouTube videos and did it myself and it looks fantastic. Really, it's not that hard so why charge so much for semi skilled labor. Also could have used a little attitude check as he was very short with me when I had questions. Sorry MM.

What a great experience, and the results are stunning! After visiting showroom we set up an in house estimate and viewing of samples. The rep was knowledgeable and professional, answered all questions and we setup a date to start work. Workman were on time, courteous and kept us informed the whole time. They were very careful to protect floors, cabinetry and closets. Their skill at their craft was obvious when you see the results. The process took 3 days to complete (we have a large bathroom) and the results are beyond our expectations. My wife and I are asthmatics and the only downside to the process was the chemical odor. The workman were very careful to keep everything masked off and even provided a ventilation system to remove the air and exhaust to outside. Even with that the odor kept us from sleeping in that bedroom for several days. In retrospect it would have been better not to stay in the house at all during the process. The odor (or outgassing) took another week before we could stop ventilating the room. We don't blame Miracle Method they were up front about the odor, just a caution to those who are sensitive. Knowing what we know now we would definitely do this again, just not stay in the house during the process. We do wish Miracle Method had photographs of recent work, it would have made the job of selecting colors and patterns much easier. What we were given was a 2 inch by 2 inch sample, hardly enough to determine what 300 square feel of refinished tile will look like. Customers want to see examples of recent work, other contractors do this. The website is NOT adequate to do this.

I had seen Miracle Method at a home show, and other people had recommended their quality of work, so I called them. Their attitude was so patronizing, like they were inconvenienced by my need for their service. When they described he process of refinishing a tub, I told them I only had one bathroom, and how did they handle it when I needed to use it. They said I could not use the bathroom if the workers were there. I let that go, and tried to make an appointment, and when they gave me a date, I said and quot;No, that one won't work for meand quot; and the girl on the phone actually said and quot;Well thank you for calling, Good byeand quot; and I had to stop her with and quot;Whoa, wait a minute are you saying that is your only date forever?!and quot; Then we made an appointment. But by that point I was so put off I decided to pull up Angie's List, and sure enough, there were other providers of the same service for much cheaper. I was so happy I looked further! And they will leave the room for a sec while I use the head!

OMG! What a wonderful experience and turn out. and a fraction of the cost of remodeling the whole bathroom. I had bathroom and kitchens with white tile and grout (Nightmare to clean), I needed these replaced because it was outdated and down right ugly. I received quite a few estimates on replacing the tile especially in the bathroom surrounds, but it was sooooo expensive considering tile would have to be ripped out and replaced in the shower surrounds, and the cost of just replacing the counter tops in the bathrooms. For the kitchen I received estimates for granite totalling $7000 just for the kitchen. With Miracle Method, I was able to correct the issues for $5300 and both my bathrooms and kitchen look brand new. I am so happy with the outcome, and just down right pleased. The workers were professional, on time, and friendly and efficient. Although it got a bit noisey and stinky it was worth the wait and not hardly as inconvenient as having everything ripped out. I was able to get it done in 3 days and the 4th day it was ready for use. Im absolutely Thrilled!

It was the right price; we had done a couple of estimates. They were thorough in their explanation of the process and the timing on what it would take. It all went exactly as they described. I would refer them to people.

The owner, Del Murphy came to our house and looked at everything and gave us a price. We wanted our tub/wall/countertop refinished due to hard water stains. The tile above the tub wasn't bad, but we wanted it all to look new. We also wanted the and quot;easy stepand quot; for the tub. We're trying to plan for aging in place. Thought it would be better to do it now, rather than waiting until we really need it. We have a garden tub/shower, and it's pretty deep, because of that, we had to get a custom cut. The regular cut, with the kit that fits over it, would not work with this deeper, and longer cut. I am so thrilled we had to get the custom cut! I had no idea, when I received their advertisements in the mail, that they offered a custom cut. It looks so good! The one that's pictured in their advertisments kind of sticks out from the tub. The custom designed one, flows with the shape of the tub, and looks like it's always been part of the tub. It is so nice. It's everything I hoped it would be. It took about two and a half days to complete the job. David was the name of the technician who did the work. He was on time, courteous, professional, did a great job. Originally we were going to have the cut 13and quot; deep. David spoke with us and said he thought it might be better if we only had it cut 12and quot; deep, to make sure the step itself was high enough that water from the shower would not splash out. I'm glad he thought of that. The technician was careful to vent everything out the window, so particles of what he was using went outside, and not in our home. We had him put a non slip coating on the bottom of the tub and we're very pleased with it. Everything looks great. We kept the piece that was cut out from the tub. If, down the road, we decide to sell the house, we can have it put back and refinished and it will look brand new. We've used the shower and it's very easy to step into, and with our shower curtain, no water gets on the floor. It was much less expensive to do this, than to have the tub removed and a shower put in. It was a couple of hundred dollars more for the custom cut, but it was worth it. Miracle Method clearly takes pride in not only being professional but executing exceptional work product. Service technician Bill came to my home and greeted me enthusiastically and was ready to get right to work. I lead him into my kitchen where my main sink is - my brand new house came with two chips in the porcelain sink. Bill looked over area and voila... no problem. Said and quot;can be fixed and you will not notice a there the fix is other than the memory of where this chip was.and quot; He was right. You can't tell. It's like magic! Where did it go? :) Bill took time to explain to me the do's and don'ts with porcelain. He urged me to never ever use abrasives and that once you rub off that and quot;shineand quot;. You can't get it back. He took more time to guide me to products that are the lest or not damaging to my kitchen and bath fixtures. Also, the price was more than fair. I have entered their data permanently into my address book. This is one company I will cheerfully praise and quot;word of mouthand quot; and do business with again. OUTSTANDING JOB, BILL! THANK YOU!!!!

After a rock made a big chip in my bathtub, I thought it would need refinished. However, Miracle Method has an option to just fix one chip for $175 and each additional chip for $10 each, which was far less expensive than their quote for complete refinishing ($474). Scheduling was easy and flexible, and they were on time. The work only took about and frac12; hour. The technician, Bill, did an excellent job. He was cheerful and clearly enjoyed his work. He took great pride in doing the job perfectly, and the tub looks factory-new. I opted only to have the one large chip repaired, as the tiny ones did not compromise the cast iron structure under the enamel. But Bill fixed the small chips at no charge, because he wanted my tub to look perfect. Since I just had the work done, I can’t vouch for the durability. The work does have a one year warranty. I recommend this Miracle Method for chip repairs. If you need your tub refinished, however, check out some other companies. Precision Refinishing gave me a quote of $350, which was far less than Miracle Method, but they did not do the chip repair.

The overall product looks good so far. The customer service was terrible. The technician had a terrible attitude and wouldn't take responsibility for cleaning up his mistakes. We had to call and complain to the company.

Called in for service. Gave me an appointment and sent a tech out. Tech was on time and did a great job. I was the realtor that sold the home to the buyers and the issue was not covered by the seller. Worked out great and the repair was within the price range anticipated. Would use them again for other clients.

Our tech was Garret and he was so professional and friendly. You could tell that he knew what he was doing and was very confident of the process. He explained the process and took the time to answer any questions we had.He did the prep on Monday and Tuesday he sprayed the tub, came back Wednesday and sprayed the tile and caulked and buffed everything! Went well, showed up on time, did the job, looked very good afterwards, would use again.

Great job but be aware, this does make a mess (they tape off the area so it is contained and they do a nice job of cleaning everything up) and it takes a full day or so for the smell to dissipate. Very thorough and careful workmanship--we'll see how long it lasts.

The gentleman who came was helpful, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job. It is impossible to tell where the chips were.

The work was done satisfactorily and expeditiously. Clean up site well.

I was vedry pleased with the technician they sent to do the work. He was very attentive to every detail, hewas patient and professional. He answered my questions respectfully and curteously. The results were excellent; we are very pleased.

I was particularly impressed by the courtesy of the contractor and the respect he showed our home as he went about his work. He was a pleasure to have in our home for nearly three days and the quality of his work was A+.

If you use them, demand that Garrett come out. He was amazing. He said that he does his work as if he's working on his own home, and his work shows that to be true. He was so meticulous in everything that he did and the job turned out superb. I highly recommend them.

Their service was awesome. Their customer service has been A- plus. They came this morning to buff and polish my tub because we have hard water in our neighborhood and the tub had water spots. They are responsive and very nice. I will hire them again in the future.

They were very professional both in terms of the initial visit and the work itself. We're very, very happy with it. They had to change their appointment, but they were punctual when they came.

I first used Miracle Method back in 1989. I had purchased an older home that had an old clawfoot tub in dire need of restoration. Miracle Method performed wonderfully then and I am relieved to say that they continue to perform just as wonderfully today. They are profession, fairly priced, and experts in this field. They will tell you what they can and cannot do, and what is worth refinishing.
