I am 100% happy that I found George!! A big name company gave me a tune-up job but told me that I needed to spend $9000 for a new furnace because 4 parts are going bad. For a second opinion, I found George through Home Advisor which has amazing reviews from George's previous jobs. For $350, George fixed the leaking part and gave me free advice about how to find a high-quality air filter, which was the original reason of calling the big-name company to come over. George's work ethic is true to his company's name, "Honest and Fair" and I will spread the good word for honest and skillful people like George. This is what our country needs more than anything else, right?

George is HONEST and FAIR. He found the problem, explained it in layman's terms, presented solutions with our needs in mind. He then completed the installation as agreed. It was a pleasure working with George. We would highly recommend him.

Outstanding quality and value. The project was to replace furnace and AC, along with the ducts. George's team also removed the old attic insulation and replaced with R30. The workmanship was outstanding, as George has very fine attention to details, often going beyond what was required and it shows that he takes pride in his work. He does a wonderful job. I have had no issues. He arrived promptly, he has done extensive work that was very difficult that required crawling underneath the house as well as above in the attic. He replaced all the ductwork, it was an exceptional job. He made the air blow much better for our house. I would hire him again if need be and I would recommend him to others.

George was great in quickly diagnosing the problem with our furnace not working and making a repair estimate that was well... honest and fair. He did so for free too, I suppose in case we wanted another opinion or did not have the money. However, everything worked out well and my grandmother and I are pleased with his puctionality , explaining of the problem and how to best address it and timeliness in responding to messages. We both thank you, George, for helping us stay warm for the coming cold season.

George is VERY Honest just like the name of his business. He stepped right up to help me the same day I contacted him and he came the next day in the morning on one of the hottest days this summer 7/30/16. He was right on time and kept me posted from the beginning to when he showed up. He checked out my ac unit and let me know what was wrong and had a few suggestions for me to see which route I wanted to take. The price he quoted me was VERY fair and he is so Honest! After I decided what I wanted to do before I knew it, George was done! He's very fast and he is and expert in the AC Field. He also provided me with some Home Owners knowledge when it comes to the air filters. I was shocked with some of the very honest advice he gave me. I went out to Home Depot after he provided his suggestions. He saved me money! Now that's what I call HONEST! Because of the ac fix and his advise on filters, my house feels cleaner, less dusty and...smell fresher! WOW! Thanks George! I don’t normally write reviews but George’s professionalism and assistance warrants a glowing recommendation from my wife and me. About one month ago, we noticed that our vents weren’t getting much air flow and that our house was not cooling down efficiently, so we called a big corporate company—Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning—who told us we needed a tune-up for their “special” price of $89. The service person inspected our unit, spent twenty minutes in the attic and twenty minutes “working” on our system, and then gave this vague explanation that we needed to replace our HVAC system that would cost roughly $10,000, but that we could finance it through some program. I informed him that the HVAC system was replaced by the prior owners less than 5 years ago, but he kept pushing for us to install a new system. He then advised us that the ducts in the attic were leaking all of the air, which is why we were not getting any air flow. I asked if he was going to repair them, and he scoffed and said that’s not part of the tune-up. I asked what exactly he did, and he refused to provide any real detail about the “cleaning” services he performed. In any case, I figured that all we needed was duct repair work, which precipitated us contacting George. George came on a Saturday afternoon and was extremely pleasant, cordial, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He went into our attic for a brief period and immediately advised us that the ducts were fine and because they were metal, any “leakage” was negligible and would not affect the air flow. At every step of the way, he provided full explanatory details and showed us exactly what we were looking at and how to maintain the system. When he further inspected our unit, he noticed a number of material things that were never pointed out to us or advised to us by the previous “tune-up” guy. Ice was apparently building up in both the inside and outside unit, and George speculated that the coils were clogged and needed cleaning. He quoted us for $450 for the cleaning but promised that if the coils were not the issue, then he would continue cleaning the unit free of charge and would look into other potential sources of the problem. Sure enough, the coils were filthy and clogged. He completely cleaned them, cleaned the filters in other areas of our home, and put in new filters for us. There were also pipes that we discovered were disconnected and he soldered them for free, as well as installed a booster in our outdoor unit to ensure our compressor reacted efficiently. He checked, re-checked, and kept re-checking each vent to make sure that we were getting proper air flow at the correct temperatures, and our house now cools down so much more efficiently! Utility savings for the win! It is worth mentioning that George had an appointment roughly one hour after ours, which was probably scheduled because I told him all we needed was duct repair work, not an entire coi
