George is easy to work with and explained the problem well. He worked to get my AC fixed quickly. I had asked him to give me a second opinion. His quote was $8000 less!!! I love that my home is nice and cool in the middle of a heatwave!

Great works ethic and value

I can't begin to speak more highly of George and the experience of hiring his company Honest and Fair Heating and Air to replace a full heating and air conditioning unit at my mother in laws house. I called and within a few short days a new system was up and running. The job was completed quickly, at the most reasonable price, and of the highest quality. I never felt oversold or under serviced in anyway. Hiring companies like Honest and Fair Heating and Air inspire me to find additional HVAC projects to have the chance to work with them again. I am sure I will be working with George again to install a zoning system at my place and whatever HVAC related I may need. If George could make copies of himself, the rest of the HVAC industry would be out of business!

Absolutely positive, from communication to follow-through, George is highly skilled and professional, a craftsman who clearly has the customer’s best interests in mind and takes pride in his work. He and John removed our old gas furnace, moved the air return to a hallway ceiling, installed a heat pump in place of the old A/C compressor outside, and assembled an air handler and all new ductwork in the attic. Even as he determined that some smaller items like vents and smoke detectors needed replacing, he just did it and wouldn’t let me pay for it—“It’s all part of the job,” he said. The end result: for the first time in 30-plus years, I actually enjoy the quiet coolness of our home on hot days, just as he said we would. I’m so proud of the job, I’ve sent the pictures he took of the attic setup to all my friends.

I researched four companies and although Honest and Fair Heating and Air was not the lowest, for a little more I received better quality equipment. An example of this was a heater that has a 96.1 % energy proficient rating when other companies quoted only 80%. Iâ ve already recommended George to my neighbors.

George lives up to his company name and then some! He found us equipment that was far superior to anything else we were being offered at a price the was thousands less than his nearest competitor. He was prompt, courteous, good sense of humor, far more thorough in his initial inspection, and completed the job on time. He even took care of all aspects of the SMUD rebate. This is who you want!

George Pascal installed my new very efficient Goodman gas furnace and Goodman air conditioner. The cost was only $8,100 - which is a lot less than the $14,000 quotes I got from 2 other contractors. He got the job done quickly, and his work met the county building codes. He got all the old equipment removed, and left a very clean site. And the new A/C keeps my house very cool.
