Glassman To The Rescue

Description of Work: I phoned this provider and described in detail the job -- not the typical window or glass repair, but repair of original crank casement windows. I was assured that the provider performed the services I described (replace some crank handles and resolves some window leaks). I made a point of scheduling an 8:00am meeting, due to MY busy schedule. At about 7:50am, the dispatcher called to say the provider was "on his way" and would be there in 20-30 minutes. The dispatcher gaffed off my comment that I had made a point of scheduling an 8am appointment. The guy showed up at 8:16am. He "only replaces glass." He had no explanation for the fact that I had described the job in detail to the dispatcher who assured me that he handles such jobs (i.e., that he does NOT "only fix replace glass"). Big waste of my time.
