Garage Door Repair

We had been having trouble for a while getting our garage door to open automatically whenever the outside temperature fell to 73 degrees or lower. As soon as I described this trouble to Nick he knew what the problem was - worn rollers. (These were the original plastic rollers - 14-years old.) Nick worked quickly on the tune-up and repair. Once the new nylon rollers were in place, voila!, the door opened like a charm - and much more quietly. After his inspection, Nick advised us that the galvanized springs were loosing tension and would give out at some point. We opted not to replace them at this appointment but will definitely contact Nick (Sac's Garage Door Repair) to do so in the near future.

Quick and friendly service but the front of the garage door actually got scratched by the chain during the removal process. I wish precautions were taken.

Work was done very quickly and efficiently. Garage door now works great, not as sluggish or loud as before; and the door fits better in the frame so that there are no cracks to let the light or wind in.

Sac?s Garage Door Repair recently performed outstanding work for me. As soon as I contacted them, Nick promptly responded and attended to what was needed in two separate garage doors. My request was to replace the damaged bottom seal of each door. Not only was he able to perform that task well and quickly, but point out that the rollers on each door were worn and rusty and should be replaced. He also did a complete tune up for each door. This included lubrication of all moving parts on the door and opener, inspection of the servicing tracks and rails, and general all over safety inspection. In addition, he helped me with a couple of other garage door related tasks which meant that I did not have to hire two different workers to do that work at additional cost. Thinking I would have to wait to schedule a separate appointment for completion of the work after coming out to inspect the doors, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Nick had all the parts in his truck and was able to do everything in one visit, that very same day. The tech who came out was absolutely amazing

Nick showed up on time, was friendly and professional. Assessed the problem, gave me the cost within 10 minutes of arriving. He had the parts and was able to fix my door within 30 minutes. I am very plesed with the result.

Nick came over within two hours of me calling him up. He is extremely professional, great with communications, knowledgeable and punctual. In less than 30-minutes, he replaced the spring and I was able to open the door again. I would use their service again.

Was one of those things - I didn't know I needed it till after he fixed it. My uncle and aunt moved into a new home - they needed a service. As a thank you they recommended this service for my garage door - arranged it and it was done. I've lived her for 10 years no problems with door - however after the service was completed - the door was quiet. I come home at night and now suprise everyone when i walk in from the garage -"they didn't hear the garage door opening"...so I guess if you can hear the garage door opening from the house - you need a tune up!

Also advised me that the door was too heavy and would likely need to replace opener in which he quoted a reasonably good price. Something snapped, then the garage door crashed. Yikes. I could not get into my garage and my daughter could not get her car out. That happened late afternoon. When our garage door would not operate, Nick came out promptly to confirm the repairs that were needed to replace a broken spring. Because we wanted a new door with windows, we had him return with the door we selected from a catalog to replace the nylon rollers and door as well as the springs. He had a good selection of replacement doors for us to choose and charged a fair price. Nick provided us with great service and a fair cost to replace our garage door and the rollers. A broken spring had ?trapped? my car inside the garage (a large heavy door prevented me from raising it manually). I called Sac?s Garage Door Repair after after searching for a reliable company on Angie?s list and noting consistent positive reviews. Nick promptly answered my call & scheduled an appointment the same evening. Oti recommended replacing the broken large spring with two ?Canadian Steel? springs, which he explained came with a lifetime warranty. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with the work performed and do not have any hesitation in recommending Sac?s Garage Door Repair to other Angie?s List members.

Adrian called around 9 AM and was very prompt to arrive. Told me exactly what he was going to do and did the job in less than 30 minutes, just like he said he would. The door was always opening back up when closing intermittently. It was a huge annoyance. He said the track was bent a little at the bottom causing is to squeeze the rollers enough to kick the door back up when closing. He replaced all the rollers and made sure all was working well. After about 15 minutes of work I was called and I tried the door and it was like a brand new garage door. Totally impressed. Totally recommend this company and I will be using again in the future.

The garage door repair went super quick and easy. It was done in like 10 minutes and looks and works so much better. Would definitely work with this provider again in the future.

We were able to schedule the appointment promptly at a time convenient for us. Nick was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He clearly explained what needed to be done and what the price would be. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and left the area clean and neat. We're glad we didn't have to replace the door. He also didn't try to upsell us on a new door opener, even though ours is very old. The door is working great now, no bowing or banging of the panels. And the operation is very quiet after the tune-up and roller replacement. We highly recommend him and would call him again if we ever need service in the future.

Oti came out the same day I called for service. He explained what he was going to do and how much they would charge for the service. All work was done in a reasonable amount of time and was very professional. I will call again when a new garage door/opener needs to be replaced.
