Nick was on time. He took time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. I liked his professional behavior.

Very pleased, not only with the price $49, but with the service provided. Will definitely use this company for repair work in the future.

Determined my opener was more than 20 years old and needs replacement.

Nick came out and repaired my Garage door today. I originally had an appointment for the afternoon, but Nick had called me in the morning and said one of his trucks had broken down and he would have to reschedule my repair for the next day, which didn't work for me. I asked if there is anything he could do because my door was not closing and I was going back to work the next day and didn't have any time available until the next week and I didn't want to have a broken garage over the weekend. Nick was completely understanding and was put my house within 30 minutes. He worked quickly and professionally and was very reasonably priced. He wasn't a pushy and trying to sell me anything I didn't need and gave me tips on how to keep my door working porperly and how to extend its life span. In my opinion he went above and beyond and I will definitely use him again in the future for my garage door needs and will recommend him to any needing repairs or replacements.

He came and was there about 15 minutes. The opening and closing of the door is much quieter now after the service and I feel like it won't break on me.

Overall, everything went great. Adrian was very professional. He came on time and knowledgeable. I can't say anything bad about his work on installing the new garage unit. However, I wish he had asked for my permission first prior to sticking three Sac Garage stickers in my garage. He put one on my garage door, another next to the switch, and finally on the unit. These stickers were huge (about index card size) with big lettering. My garage became an advertisement for the company. As I was removing these stickers, the garage's layer, which was made out paper, ripped. Now I have to fix that. Whatever happened to giving homeowners business cards instead?!

Very disappointed in this company. Paid for a tune up in January and was sold a brand new door. It was installed quickly and the installer was fine but felt the guy sent for "inspection and tune up" was really there to upsell me. Fine. I needed a new door eventually anyway. Then 10 months later the door jumps the track, a cable and roller came off and Sac's Garage Door Repair would not stand behind their product. I was offered an appt for the next day, though I needed help the same day, the door couldn't close at all leaving my expensive tools exposed to a busy street. i was told it would be "from $89 to $200" just to look at it!....and not until the next day. They suggested I just "leave the door open" for the night. I called someone else who came within 45 minutes for $39 . (And that company had no history with me as a customer, but will from now on!). I paid $1,019 for the new door in January and expected better customer service from Sac's Garage Door Repair. The other company that came out the same night I called located the problem in an old part that a reputable company would have replaced when they replaced the door. Perhaps others will have a better experience with this company but I recommend you read reviews and go elsewhere for your garage door needs.

Very good, I needed repair so they deducted $49 from labor that I paid for tune up.

We called them around 6 pm in hopes that they could send someone the same day because we needed to take our kids to school in the morning and we also had to go to work. They could not get anyone to come that night but they sent someone to at 6:30 in the morning to make sure our routine was not interrupted. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Hopefully not for a while. 😀

Nick was polite, punctual and professional. Very thorough, explained everything to me, went straight to work and completed in about 1/2 hour. What a difference in how well and how quietly the garage door now opens and closes. I highly recommend this provider.

Great service. Quick, professional and very easy. There was some initial confusion setting up the appointment via email but that was a function of Angie's list not the Sac Garage

I called early this afternoon. They said they would be out between 3 and 5 p.m. They were at my house before 5, estimated the job, did the work and left before 6 p.m.

Since I do not live at the property, everything was done over the phone. They immediately contacted the tenant and set up an appointment the same day to review the problem. Then they contacted me with an estimate of the cost. They returned a few days later to meet the tenants schedule and did the repairs quickly and efficiently. I received a phone call upon completion with no surprises. I originally spoke to Nick and Mo did the repairs. Both are very professional. Thanks guys.

Nick came out to fix the our garage door. He was great! He was friendly, very professional and he knew exactly what he was doing. He got right to the door and had it fixed in no time. The door is actually better than it was before I backed into it. Sac's Garage Door Repair is already in our address book if we need any type of garage door services in the future.. Thank you Nick!!

SAC'S Garage door repair was great. They came out quickly and fixed my door quickly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn't need. Adrian was very knowledgable and professional. I plan on using them the next time my garage needs repairs.

Everything went fine he was very effienicent.

The service man tightened the bolts and oiled the rollers. The door still squeaks and they offered to replace the rollers at a high cost. When Angie's list put on a $69 deal to replace the rollers I was very unhappy with what I had been quoted.

The technician was prompt and courteous . Found that the rollers needed to be replaced and completed the job. Oiled and tightened the chain. Works like new again.

I appreciate 2-hour appointment windows as compared to the typical 4-hour windows. The technician arrived within the window and called 30 minutes before his arrival. The technician, Moe, did a thorough inspection and not only identified the problems, but also commented on how well other parts were holding up. Moe was efficient, courteous and professional. No attempt whatsoever to try to sell a new garage door opener/door or other parts. I guess I became used to the noise and was quite surprised to hear how quietly the door was going up and down. Though I have not compared pricing, I don't think their cost of quality replacement parts & labor is out of line. The company's warranty on the work is a plus. Would definitely use again.

fine.... though the door is only about 10 years old there were sign it is wearing out...still working but probably a sign it will need major overhaul in the future. I will be notifying the original supplier/installer if I needs any further work.

Great!!! Tech was professional and didn't try to up sell. Did recommend we budget for replacing the spring due to age. Intend to heed his recommendation.

Tune up was much needed and done well. Runs much quieter now.
