Description of Work: Offer was on Angieslist to replace garage door opener. I have 2 that were from 1990 and no safety features, lights didn't work and decided to replace. They were in and out quickly. Everything works well. No issues.

Description of Work: Excellent service! After speaking to Nick, he had the service person (Moe) come out to inspect the door. Mo was very polite and courteous. The door was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Mo took the order and the next day Rowin came out to replace it. Rowin was very polite and installed the new garage door in a short amount of time. The price was reasonable as I had checked earlier. Overall, excellent service and if I had to do it again, no question I would call them! |

Description of Work: They did the service I purchased. There was obvious additional maintenance needed that was kinda pricey but I was glad to get it done. Felt he was a little put off by this Angie's List job, but he also took a quick look at our 2nd garage door which was certainly a bonus, and did not need the repair the first door did.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Sac's Garage Door Repair. They replaced all the rollers on our garage door. They adjusted the door and checked all the bolts. They made sure they were tight.

+ -1 moreI purchased a Living Social coupon to have a tune-up on my garage door. It was making a lot of noise, and had not been cared for in 7 years. I try to be pro-active on most home maintenance projects and thought it would be a good idea to have the door tuned-up now instead of waiting for a spring to break and my car be stuck in the garage. I was giving a window of 3pm to 5pm for the techs to arrive. At 4pm I received a call from a tech saying it would be close to 5pm before they would arrive (I appreciated the status call). They arrived at close to 5pm. After looking at my door and hearing my complaints they said they could help me out. I asked to have the springs and a new bottom rubber strip replaced on the door. The two techs were professional, neat and organized. Once service was completed I asked if there was anything I could do to maintain my garage door and while I was excepting the "oh, call us and we will do a tune-up for X amount of dollars" the tech said "go get your phone and take a picture of these oils". He then told me which oils to use where. I really appreciated that type of service. I will definitely be referring Sac's Garage Door Repair to my friends and family. Sac's Garage Door Repair was a GREAT find.
Description of Work: Tuned up garage door, replaced the old springs and replaced the bottom rubber strip.

+ -1 moreOn Christmas day we had an accident where a family member who came over from out of town ran into the garage door with his car and bent the bottom two panals. We needed to get a car out of the garage so we pushed the button any way the door came up and then went sideways and came off the track partway nearly falling on our car.we thought we were screwed. So we called around until we found sacs who miraculously said they would be out within the hour on Christmas day! Nick came it and in 1 1/2 hours had our garage fixed and whole house re keyed with a master key. We thought for sure we had to replace the door but thanks to nick the door is now working Better than before and that's no exaggeration.
Description of Work: Fix two bent panals. Align door In proper position. Re key doors in the house. Change rollers on the garage door.

+ -1 moreIt went great they were clean cut and punctual. They kept the area clean where they worked then cleaned up nicely. Good lifetime warraty on the parts that were made in the US.
Description of Work: I had a couple commercial roll up security doors on my store that stopped working. Thay came out and worked on them both changed some preety crucial parts that made them safer and more secure and gave me a screaming deal compared to some other estinates i had.
