Serviceman came on time, went straight to work and finished quickly. I am very pleased with the results.

Overall the experience was excellent. When I called, the garage door issue was actually pinpointed over the phone and then verified when the technician showed up at the house. The appointment itself took under an hour. The techician was prompt and curteous. Not only was the worn out part replaced, but the door was inspected, adjusted, and lubricated for better operation. I would recommend this company to other customers.

Two days to get an estimate and a week later the door was installed and operational. They hauled away the massive old door and left everything pretty and working.

My first call to EUDY DOOR CO. was that my 10 year old door that came with the house fell apart. I couldn't shut the door at all. I called EUDY DOOR CO. and they had a service guy out by noon to close the door. $89.00 dollars for the service, but being a Angie's member I got a $15.00 coupon off that price. From there it was agreed that the door was beyond repair and I should replace the door. A week later a better door was installed and I'm very pleased. The old door was just junk. Booth service men were very professional, on time and all about work and getting the job done right as well as in a timely manner. I would recommend this company as well as use their service again.

Saw Eudy Door Co on Angieslist and read some great reviews. Called to have an estimate and Michael Eudy was prompt, professional and very matter of fact. No fast talk or overselling, which I hate. I had old wooden lift type garage doors that were very cumbersome to open, were very heavy and often swelled shut when it rained. I knew it would probably have to be a custom job, because they were from the 50s. Michael took the measurements and instead of selling me a custom door, explained that with some additional framing I could go with a standard door, which would be less expensive and cheaper to maintain down the road. I agreed and was surprised at how reasonable the bottom line was. He did not need any deposit from me and scheduled the job within the same week!. Robert came out and did the entire job by himself from start to finish in less than a day. He was extremely neat, and worked nonstop from the time he arrived to the time he left with no breaks whatsoever - wow! He removed all the old hardware, rusty springs and all, the doors and loaded everything on his truck to haul away. He framed the opening so that the new doors would fit, installed the tracks and new doors and locks so they open with just a touch. I appreciated that he laid down plastic sheeting and also cordoned off my driveway to prevent anyone from venturing into the work area. He gave me some brochures to pass out at work because I've already got them a referral! What a pleasant surprise to work with such an efficient, professional, business! They will listen to you and give you the correct information from start to finish.

Our door broke on a Saturday morning. We could not manually lift the door so we were trapped. We consulted Angie's List and selected Eudy Doors. We were given a two-hour window in the afternoon. The repairman called a half hour before his arrival. Robert arrived right on time. He explained what he needed to do. He worked quickly and efficiently. We appreciated that he was polite enough to ask before stepping into our home. He was a real pro. We know we will eventually need to replace the motor (it's 14 years old) but we know what company we will call.

This was an embarrassing repair for me. Pulling into the garage of our mobile home in our bronco SUV, I hit the support post of the the automatic garage door. The door was severly tilted, cable came off runners, some runner came out of track. Also side support wall was bent in. Cosmetic wood on outside needed repair. I called Eudy Door Co. and the lady that answered was very polite, asked appropriate questions about the problem. She immediately put a tech on the phone and my husband explained about the door support problem. He said that they did work in our mobile home park frequently and would be in the park today. Said they would give us a call about 2:00pm. About 1:00pm I got a call that Jamie (tech) would be here in about 30 mins. He showed up promptly and was very friendly. Assured me I was not the only one, especially in this park to have this kind of accident. Restrung the cable, put rollers back on tracks, pounded the garage support back into position. The door works great all in about 45 minutes. No pressure to replace automatic door mechanism. He explained that he was not able to fix the outside cosmetic work-that needed a carpenter, which we expected. Cost was $89.00, the standard charge for a service call.

Spoke with owner, Michael Eudy. He was very knowledgeable but had an irritating habit of cutting me off and talking over the top of me on the phone. When I asked him to stop and let me finish, he slowed down and spoke to me like I was dense. Think we'll go with another company.

Start to finish took about 90 minutes. In addition to installing the garage door opener, Jazz serviced both our garage doors, programmed our car and hand openers and left everything perfectly clean. Don't look any further. Eudy is the one.

One of the springs on my double car door broke. I selected three contractors from Angie's List after I read the reviews. I then called the contractors for price quotes. Based on the reviews and price quotes, I selected Eudy Door Co. The next day the Eudy repairman replaced both springs. As part of the service he also lubed and adjusted the door. the door now operates much more smoothly and it is quite.

I got them as a recommendation from Angie's List. They are very good and very friendly. They got the job done quickly and competently. I had no problems.

Called Eudy Door Co. at 8:45 a.m., Greeted by Mike over the phone. After briefly describing the problem to Mike, he assured me that a technician would be at my residence within 30 min. Mike's professionalism and courtesey over the telephone was praiseworthy. The technician (Jazz) arrived on schedule, immediatly identified himself in a professional manner and presented his business card. Jazz quickly repaired the broken overhead door spring. Following the repair, Jazz lubricated and inspected all three garage doors. Highly recommend Eudy Door Co. based on service call. A++ .

It went great , the techs name was JAZZ, awesome Guy explained everything. First off i am not a nit picker, but have been told i am very choosey and very selective to whom i chose to spend my hard earned dollar with! I am not affraid to pay top dollar, but you better bring it , and back it up if you do the job for me. THIS COMPANY FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! WOW WOW WOW !! These guys were awesome. Michael has an encyclopedic knowledge of garage doors, but better than that: I was planning on replacing my broken opener and my original 1958 garage door, but after Michael looked at the good condition of the door, he explained the pros and cons of keeping the original door and said it probably made more sense financially to just keep the original door and just replace the broken opener with something a little heavier. He could have given me a line of BS about how the old door was too heavy, and needed to be replaced, blah, blah, blah -- I wouldn't have known the difference -- but he didn't. Estimate was on time, installation was done cleanly and on time, and he made sure afterwords that I was all set. Fantastic service!

I came home at 2:00pm and found my garage door wouldn't open. I looked closer and could tell the spring had broke. I called Eudy Door @ 2:30 and they had someone out by 4:45pm (from Sac to EDH). Jazz showed up, very professional and knowledgeable, then talked to me about my options (1 spring vs. 2). He installed the new spring then greased and inspected both garage doors. I could not be happier with the service, timeliness, and price. This is my garage door company from now on. I highly recommend and will recommend them to any that asks. Thank you guys!!!!

I called explaining that the door wouldn't open, told him I couldn't even move it manually. He asked if it raised even a little which it didn't. I explained that the motor ran but nothing happened. He told me to push up the little metal piece that the emergency string is attached to. I did it, it clicked in and I then pushed the garage door button and it worked. He gave me free advice on how to fix the problem and it worked! Would I use the company again? I'll give a resounding YES!

One of the two garage door springs broke and I was unable to open the door. It did not even budge manually, so I could not get my car out of the garage. I called Mike at Eudy Door and he sent out a repairman in a little over an hour. Mike called back a half-hour before Jazz the repairman arrived. He released the tension of the unbroken spring and removed both springs. After replacing both springs, he then increased the spring tension again. One of the wheels slipped off the side rail as he tested the opening of the door, but he fixed it quickly and resumed the test, which was successful. The total time for the repair was under an hour. I had assumed that my entire day was lost when the garage door spring broke, but Eudy Door saved it in a little over two hours from the time I first called Mike until I watched Jazz leave after fixing the problem. Both individuals acted efficiently and professionally. The price was definitely worth it.

The job was done efficiently and effectively. They routed a tech from another job to my house and so the repairs were started very quickly after the call was made. The estimate was specific, detailed, and exactly what I had to pay. I couldn't be happier with the work.

They were punctual except the guy didn't do enough adjustment on the motor and I went to get someone else. Overall, I got a bad deal.
