Outstanding service. Jazz was here in less than 24 hours of my email through Angles List. The temperature was almost 100 degrees - miserable in our garage. He fixed the door, made some needed repairs and greased everything. Then he was able to sync my new car to the opener. I had been trying to sync it for several months and always got an error message from the VW system Jazz did it in less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend Eudy Door Co. Service above and beyond!!

Even though the next day (today) was a holiday, Michael called me first thing this morning, confirmed a price for us, and said he could get someone out to us today. Robert arrived on time and inspected the opener. Advised that since the opener was not in production anymore that a new new one was needed instead of trying a repair. The installation went as scheduled and the LiftMaster works perfectly. From the first call to Eudy to the final installation I was very satisfied with every detail. Eudy has come out to repair my garage door twice now and each time it's been a completely painless experience. They were on time, transparent about materials costs, friendly and very easy to schedule with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had been in our rental property a couple days before, but the day our new tenants moved in our Genie garage door opener stopped working. The rental company called Eudy who promptly sent someone over, but when he arrived (as reported by my renters) he took one look at the garage door opener, shook his head and said the whole thing needed to be replaced. I then received a hand written fax cover sheet that says "The opener is full of problems and it is not worth the repair". Questioning what "full of problems" meant, I was told that there were two problems, "the limit switches are bad as well as the photo eyes" and that "there is non-stop problems with these". I was rather surprised 1) that both of these went bad in a number of days, and that 2) this equates to "full of problems". I instead chose to try to fix the problem myself and noted from the lights on the unit that there was a programming problem with the unit rather than it being "full of problems". Having no experience with this, I called the parent company of Genie (Overhead Door) to fix this and something else that I broke while looking at it, and now have a working door opener, fixed for half the price Eudy quoted.

Service was exceptional. The previous day, they gave us a 10 am - 12:00 pm window and arrived at 10:20 am. They also called 30 min before arrival to let us know they were coming. Jazz was our service tech and he was the best. He estimated that installation would take 2 hours, but we had a power outage in the neighborhood while he was working. He left on another call, but came back and finished the job later in the evening. The total price was less than most other garage companies on Angie's list, even without a coupon.

I originally found Mike Eudy on Angies List and have used him several times over the years at my home and my rental, and he's consistently reliable, professional and conducts his business with integrity. I've met several of his employees and they've all been very interested in making sure that I was happy. I am! I'm sure there are less-expensive companies out there, but the old axiom sure holds true here...you get what you pay for. if you're looking for someone that you can trust and absolutely will not rip you off, this is the company.

Around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon, I discovered that a spring had broken on my garage door. The door had been installed by Eudy Door Co. many moons ago, and it was a positive experience, so I picked up the phone and gave them a ring. The door was pretty much inoperable (a garage door is amazingly heavy without the support of the springs), and I was doubtful I could get someone out this late on a Saturday afternoon. I left a message on their answering machine, and within five minutes, Michael Eudy returned my call. I gave him the scoop, and he had someone at my door shortly thereafter. The gentleman's name was Chaz, and he was very friendly, efficient, and capable. Within 25 minutes or so, he had installed a new set of springs and lubricated the entire door. And I couldn't believe how smooth and quietly it performed. I called at 3:30 and by 5:30 I had a new set of springs, and what operated like a new garage door. Chalk me up as very satisfied.

We called with an emergency. Our garage door main spring broke. It was the afternoon before we had an early flight next morning. Our car was inside the garage. I called at about 11 AM. The service man was scheduled between 3 - 5 PM and we were told what the charge would be. He called a short time before arriving to notify us when he would be here (He was spot on time). He fixed the door and adjusted some of the tension to save wear on other parts. He was friendly and efficient - finished in about a half hour - 45 minutes. The service was excellent and reasonable - $165 including parts. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Everything seemed great! Door is beautiful. Less than 48 hours later, the DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE! It starts to close and then goes right back up again as if something was in the way but nothing is in the way. It opened and closed fine when we left the house. We came back, opened the door. Drove into the garage, and door does not closed It's Saturday. I left them a message. Not sure if I'll hear back from them today or not. Website says they are open until 11:00 on Saturday and it's 2:00. So I guess I'll be stuck with an open garage door all weekend?

They were quick and they came and focused on fixing it completely. He left some promotional material for openers. I just like the fact they were so quick because I wouldn't have been able to get out of my garage.

Michael replied very rapidly. He advised me to check first to be sure I was using appliance bulbs, not standard household bulbs. I changed to a couple of appliance bulbs that I already had and, sure enough, the lights came on. Eudy Door installed our garage door opener years ago, has serviced it a time or two since then, and we always appreciate their honesty and their prompt, courteous professionalism. Today, they saved us a service call. That doesn't make any money for them - it's just good, honest business practice. Thank you, Michael! The Buckleys
