I called Saturday AM being trapped in the garage when the garage door spring broke. They were there that afternoon with the replacement springs in hand. One of the sprngs to provide tension to raise the door had broken. Eudys recommended and I agreed that both springs should be replaced. When one goes the other will soon follow. He had removed the old one, replaced with a new one, lubed and tested in less than one and a half hours. He probably would have finsihed faster if I had not constantly been chatting with him. Would highly recommend Eudys to do anything with garage doors. Knowledgeable staff and many-generations in the garage door business. I glad two-fold; am glad he didn't charge more for me hanging around watching him work and taking more to do a simple job and for not attempting to tackle the job myself..

My home is 14 years old and the garage door that was installed when the house was built began to fail; the very thin aluminum door panels were bending like an aluminum can. Eudy provided a very reasonable quote to replace the door with an upgraded strudier door with windows in the top panels. A gentleman came out to measure the door, provided options on door style/windows, and scheduled the appt to install. Robert arrived on time to install the new door. He finished the installation in less than 2 hours (from the time he arrived and when he left). I'm very happy with the new door and with Eudy's service. I've used Eudy in the past to install a new garage door opener and referred them to others based on their quality service. I'll continue to do so.

They said that the $15 coupon I saw was only repairs. However, the work turned out great and the fellow who came was a pro and did the work in no time at all.

The spring has worked ever since. I've been happy with their work and punctuality. Their prices were reasonable.

It was being fooled by direct sunlight and would not close at certain times of the day. Eudy told me how to fix it myself, step by step, and to call again if it didn't work. It did work. He saved me money, saved himself a trivial service call, and we all lived happily ever after. Can't beat that!

We had out garage door reset and had two garage door remotes programmed since ours was stolen. The garage door is SO quiet now and I'm amazed because it was just serviced less than a year ago. This is my first time using Angie's List and I am impressed by this company and will def use again! I am glad (please don't tell my husband) that he knocked the garage door out of whack because now we have two brand new remotes vs me waiting another year for him to get around to it. ha ha

The dispatcher told me that the technician would arrive between 12-2pm. However, he called me at 1:30pm letting me know the technician was running late. I had to step out for a few minutes at 2:30pm so the dispatcher informed me that the technician would wait for me if he arrived early. When I had returned home, the technician was waiting on my driveway. He got to work immediately and completed the job in about 1 hour. The quality of work was great. My garage door has never opened so quietly. My only constructive feedback to the company is that they plaster the company name and number all over the job site (on the garage door, next to the door opener, and on the opener itself). Asking if it was ok to place these marketing stickers first would have been nice. Also I did receive $15 off the repair for being an Angie's list member.

Communication was excellent. Repair was on time and performed efficiently. Would definitely recommend the excellent service.

Called the number and a person answered the phone right away. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful pleasant to work with. It was obvious he knew his product and the trade. Asked pertinent questions and TOGETHER we determined the right product. The quote was fair as I wanted additional remote controls as well as a wireless keypad for outside. They were able to come the next day which fit our schedule. The installer was delayed but the front office kept us informed the whole time. The young man who replaced the springs and installed the door was pleasant, professional and VERY good at what he does. He was knowledgeable about both the company and the products. He did an outstanding job, we couldn't be more pleased. Great phone support (that's getting hard to find these days). Will definitely use them again.

A few tweeks of the track w/ vice grips and all is well.

I asked Eudy Door to schedule a service appointment with my tenant at a rental. Eudy Door talked to the tenant about the problem over the telephone and told me that the least expensive repair would be around $189.00; however, this would be a repair on an old garage door opener and may not be the wisest action. A new door opener would be $320.00 with my Angie's List discount. I agreed with them. The tenant was content with the installation process.

Happy I didn't have to buy a new one.

I called in the morning after one of the springs broke, I was given a 2 hour window for the afternoon. Jazz was here within that time, replaced both springs and lubed all parts and was done in 20 minutes. He was on time, courteous and efficient.

Technician took his time, did everything correctly and even fixed several items outside the scope of the work agreed upon. I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of this vendor. I would definitely use this vendor again.

Showed up on time and did a great job. Our home was already wired for the missing garage door opener so the technician had to figure out first what wires were for what and then climb up in the attic to tie into them. Overall we ended up with a very nice installation.

Couldn't have gone any better - wiring problems were fixed, and to avoid further problems Jeromy moved my sensors on both garage doors even though I only had a problem with one of the doors. He was here for less than an hour with all my problems fixed!!!!

The company was quick to respond and set up an appointment to provide us with a estimate. They showed up on time and the repair only took an hour. We are very happy with their service.

He was intimately familiar with my old door and its operation. The work was done quickly and in an extremely professional manner. There is not a doubt in my mind about using him again, if needed at all, or recommending him to anyone.

Everything went very well, which was as I expected since I have used Eudy Door several times in the past. They arrived on time and installed the new garage door without any problems and in the predicted amount of time. The technician tested the door and cleaned up all debris after the job was completed. The technician answered a couple of my questions regarding problematic operation of the keyless remote for the garage door opener. To alleviate my problem, he also went out of his way to "pigtail coil" the antenna wire on the garage door opener in order to strengthen the signal. It worked and the issue was resolved. Once again, Eudy Door provided me with excellent service.

Fixed the problem. Very friendly, punctual service.I would call them again.

Jazz was very professional, he evaluated the situation. Informed me what needed to be done. Gave me an approximate time and he completed the task. He showed me what he did. performed an operational test on the door.

Eudy door came out and had a look at our garage door, which was making a funny sound. One of our hinge bolts was broken which he replaced as well as fully securing the door frame to the house which wasn't done when it was built or when the last two garage door repair places we used. Excellent service, highly recommended.
