A large spring broke on our overhead garage door. My husband uses the overhead garage door going in and out his garage rather than coming through the house in his greasy clothes. It was very inconvenient for him to have to wait a few days for someone to fix it as he uses it numerous times each day. We called several garage door businesses but Eudy was able to help us almost within the hour. The repair was done within about 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable. After the repairman left, my husband discovered that the spring must have been a little tight as the door closed very hard and fast as it got closer to the ground. He called and the repairman came back the next morning and it was fixed within 20 min. after he arrived.

Garage door wasn't closing properly. I called and made appointment for the following day. Ken arrived promptly and quickly corrected the problem. He also explained what had caused the problem.

They were very professional, efficient and helpful.

I called at 8:30 a.m. on a Monday and was told somebody would be out there between 12 and 2 p.m. that same day. They arrived on time and did the work exceptionally well and for a very competitive price. The only mishap worth mentioning is that I had told them we would need a new rail and they did not bring it on the first trip; my husband was delayed a bit longer because they had to go back to get one. Other than that, perfect work. Would definitely call them again.

I initially called because our door was sticking when we tried to open the door. Their representative asked what make and model opener we had and indicated it was an outdated model for which repair parts were no longer available. They quoted a fair price and came a few days later to replace the opener. After a few days, the door began to stick again in the same spot. The same gentleman came to have a look at the situation and concluded that the door springs were causing the problem and replaced them on the spot. Although I was not happy that I had to replace the opener earlier than it may have been needed, Eudy Doors installer stood by his work and indicated that if the spring was not the problem, he would return the old springs and not charge me for his time. The springs ended up being the problem and I appreciated the fact that the installer would stand behind his work like that. I hope this gentleman (Binh) is rewarded for his character and professionalism.

I called at 7 AM and they sent a repair person within an hour of my call. The service man was courteous, worked quickly, and described all the work he performed. Within minutes my door was operational again. In addition to getting the door working, the tech also adjusted the opener's sensitivity and fully lubed it. Wonderful service!

I called and they offered to come out the same day. I was working so they came out two days later on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. They were prompt and courteous on the phone. Ken, the serviceman, arrived on time. He was pleasant and he worked quickly.

Terrific service. When I made the appointment, I was told the serviceman would be at my home between 12:30 and 2:30. Frank arrived at 12:35 sharp; I was very appreciative of that. He quickly diagnosed the problem after I explained and demonstrated to him the problems with the door when trying to shut the door with the electronic switch. It took Frank only 30-35 minutes to repair the door and also lubricate all of the moving parts. He was very friendly and very willing to explain the problem and how he would fix it. He also provided advise to me on how and when to lubricate the door myself.

This was an excellent experience. One of the large torsion springs in our garage door had broken, and we didn't want to pay several hundred dollars to replace the door, even though it was 14 years old, because the door was fine otherwise. We called Eudy, they gave us an estimate of $165, and they agreed to come out a couple of days later. They arrived on time with the parts in hand, and performed the work. The technician was pleasant and knew his job well. We had a $15 coupon from the phone book that we wanted applied, and he accepted it without any problem. The repair did the trick, and we're very happy with it even after 2 years.

I had a little trouble in finding an acceptable appointment time, because of my own erratic schedule. However, the person on the phone was courteous, and was able to find a workable time, within about 48 hours. The repairman, was somewhat later than promised, because of unavoidable delays on this previous job. When he arrived, he was quite apologetic, and proceeded to size up the problem, and then to remove the old parts and replace them with new ones. The whole job took less than 1 1/2 hours. I thought the charges were reasonable, considering the parts replaced and the difficulty of the job.

Good customer service with inital phone call. Ordered door and installattion time and date set. Installer showed up at 8:30 AM on the dot. Great work. No problems. Everything was clean when finished with job. Great job, very happy with the whole process. Professional service. It's wonderful to have a new, almost silent, garage door.

They arrived on time, the price was exactly what we had determined on the phone. The young man who installed the door had rather limited English. I think that he did an adequate job, but not outstanding. There is a problem with the way that the door opens. He did not adjust the door itself, I wish that he had. As I said, he did an adequate job.

They were GREAT! I forgot that the safety light at the bottom was broken, and they fixed that too(NO CHARGE). They stayed within their quote and came out the next day. I could not be there, so I had my mother-in-law open the door for them. I paid over the phone after the work was completed. They were great guys with great service. I will use them every time!!!

Quick, professional, friendly. I stopped by their store on my way to work one morning and they were ready to send somebody back to measure right then. I made an appointment for a few days later (when it was convenient for me) and they showed up on time and were very professional. I was given lots of options and was basically ''down sold'' instead of encouraged to spend more than I needed to spend. They were very patient with me while I tried to decide exactly what I wanted and the installer did more than I paid them to do to make the door fit properly. The old door was taken away at no charge and the garage was left spotless. The installer made sure I understood how to use/program the new opener. It was an awesome bit of luck that I chanced upon this company. As a single woman, I am used to dealing with companies that try to oversell you on things, but this company rocked.

The repair person was kind of weird. Gruff and not too chatty. Did OK work tho.

I THOUGHT THAT THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND CAME ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. THEY ALREADY HAD THE COIL SO THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT THE SAME DAY.

THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THEY EXPLAINED ALL OF THE WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY GARAGE DOOR SINCE THE INSTALLATION. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY CAME ON TIME AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN LOOKING PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO MY WIFE AND ME. I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAST WHEN IT COMES TO APPOINTMENT TIMES AND DATES. MY GARAGE DOOR WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED IN TWO DAYS FROM THE TIME I ORDERED IT.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE NEW DOOR. THEY TOOK AWAY THE OLD WOODEN GARAGE DOOR AND EXPLAINED TO ME HOW TO USE THE NEW GARAGE DOOR SYSTEM. IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL JOB.

SERVICE WAS QUICK. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFULL. MY GARAGE DOOR WAS DAMAGED, AND WE NEEDED IT REPAIRED QUICKLY. THEY WERE OUT TO MY HOME THE NEXT DAY.

MY GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. WHEN YOU GOT IT TO OPEN, IT WOULD NOT STAY OPEN. I CALLED A COUPLE OF PLACES, AND THEY WERE THE FIRST THAT WAS ABLE TO COME OUT AND FIX IT.
