They answered the phone when I called and set up an appointment for the next day. They would have come out the same day, but I requested the next day. They called the next day before the repairman arrived to confirm. The repairman was prompt. He was a little talkative - but he did fix the door and showed me how to lubricate it in the future so that it would stay on it's track. I will call them again if I have another problem with the door or door opener.

The spring on my garage door had broken in two places. When I closed the door, all the wheels flew off the door and the entire door was hanging sideways. We could not close or fully open the door. I called at 8:30 in the morning and had a repairman, Frank, here at 10:30. He showed me exactly what happened, what needed to be repaired, and the exact cost of the repair. It was completed in an hour. He made sure the rest of the parts were in good working condition as well and adjusted a part that needed repair. It runs smoothly and quietly now. Frank was very professional and courteous. Great company and good pricing.

I have checked several providers on Angieslist and found their price is the lowest. Their price include 1 key pad and 2 remote controls. I read through the reviews and checked on their website, it looked like they are reputable. They provided the price quotes over the phone. The gentleman came on time, very courteous and polite and did the job. I had other contractors working on other items and he was very co-operative with them. I was charged $10 more for each garage because they needed to install an extension cable because of outlet issues. After the job, he explained everything and how the system worked.

We called earlier in the week to schedule an estimate for a new garage door. However, they did not show up at their time range bewteen 12 pm and 12:30 pm. When I called, the lady denied that she had our address/work order in the system. When my spouse called and explained that we had been given the special offer, etc, and that we had spoken to a man who had answered the phone earlier in the week, she said that he must have dropped the ball. We would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. The lady was rude and curt, and they can't even properly come out to estimate a job. They have definitely lost a great customer!

He did a great job. He was $10 cheaper than somebody else that I had gotten a bid from at the home show. He fixed it right the first time and it was a good price. I am extremely pleased. He was very professional and came when he was supposed to and did what he said he was going to do and it works perfectly. It was great.

Eudy was recommended by my family members, so I did not shop around. Installation took them 2 hours, so I would not have saved money by doing myself and spending all day.

Great experience - very professional, responsive and price billed was as quoted. You can probably get some for cheaper, but hey, you always pay a little more for quality and reliability. Eudy represents this.

I asked my tenant to call them to schedule work for a door that wouldn't rise. They questioned the tenant about the specific problem, determined over the phone that it was a broken spring. They then called me to discuss, told me it would be 165 unless inspection revealed something else. I gave then the OK and they came out, fixed the problem promptly no additional charge.

I was lucky enough to get same day service. Frank arrived on time and did an excellent job. Both doors now operate well. I'd definitely use Eudy Door again.

I was sure I'd need a new overhead garage door because it was damaged by a car. The installer did not recommend a new door! He was able to straighten the dent on the crossbar by pulling on it. I only paid for the service call instead of a new door, which he could have easily sold to me. This is an example of integrity. I will call this company when I do need to replace the door.

so we decided not to use the company we had used in the past, especially since the part they had used failed within 6 months. I called one other company before I called Eudy, but that company was unable to come that day, and I didn't want to leave the garage door open all night. (There was no way to get the door down.) The guy from Eudy not only came the same day, but he came within an hour of my call. He fixed the door in 30-45 minutes, testing both the frame and the wiring and explained in detail what had gone wrong and how he had fixed the door. I asked whether the problem could be with the door or the frame rather than with the opener controls, and he assured me that the door and frame were fine. I liked that. He could easily have told me that I needed a new door, a new frame, a new motor, etc., but he didn't. He did the appropriate fix for a very reasonable price. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend Eudy.

They did a great job. This was the second time I used them on rental properties in a city I don't live in. Thus, I have never met them or been to their office. We did everything over the phone. My tenants said they were professional, polite, fast and everything works great. I thought their prices were very reasonable too.

Installer was very thorough and detailed with installation. Arrived on time and never appeared to rush. Did a great job of walking me through how everything worked and set everyting up so all was working before he left. Programed everything so all was working perfectly before he left.

Everything worked very well. The technician was very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Their prices were all comparable, and this company offered a better motor I thought. I was happy with their work and would use them again.

Emergency. Could only close garage door 3/4. Called Eudy Door Co. Explained that I either need "service" or need to replace my garage door opener which is at least 20 years old and making all kind of noise. He suggested that I should replace my opener which I did. I called Thursday 12/10 at 7:30 a.m. and my appointment was for Friday 8:00 a.m. 12/11. He called me back at 7:45 a.m. He had a cancellation and could replace my opener today and his serviceman would be there around 8:00 a.m. Jeremy arrived at 8:20. The job was completed at approximately 10:30. He went right to work. Everything worked out great...the timing and the garage door opener.

They were on time, finished the work quickly and they did a good job. The price was good and they were excellent.

I made the phone call one day and at 8:00 a.m. the next day the installer was working on the project. He was done by 9:00 am. He went about his job as soon as he arrived. When he was finished, he explained the new opener. I paid him and he was on his way. Good job!

I've used Eudy door several times in the past and they're always reliable and give a good value for the services.

It went fine. The repair person arrived when he was due and went about his work. He was clean polite and pleasant. When he was finished her demonstrated how to use the new remote controls. He explained the safety features and we finished our business on time.

I called them since my garage door was seemingly in need of replacement. After describing the problem to Michael over the phone, he agreed that I probably needed a replacement. Since I have two doors, I was going to have to replace both so they would match. He set up to come out the next morning to inspect and measure. To my absolute surprise and delight, he told me that they could install a $30 part/brace and the door will last another decade! He became my new best friend at that moment. So the other company would have ripped me off and sold me two new garage doors!

Based on Angie's List numerous glowing reports, I made an appointment with Eudy Door to get an estimate to replace an old wooden garage door with a new double wide 7' door with a new opener. The estimate was over $1,000, but I was happy. After I got the estimate, I asked for the discount of $15 off. The Angie's list advertised discount is the same as the discount offered in the coupon section of the Sacramento Yellow Pages. I don't know why, but believe it or not, even though we had set a date and time for the actual installation, EUDY REFUSED TO HONOR THE $15 DISCOUNT THEY ADVERTISED. I dealt directly with Mr. Eudy. He was very polite, but his refusal to honor the coupon blew my mind. He said there was already a discount on the Liftmaster opener so they couldn't further discount the job. I couldn't believe they were going to let this business go for a $15 discount, especially since they were the ones who offered the discount. Because of their refusal to honor the discount I switched to another highly rated Angie's list firm. They did a great job at a good price.

Removal of old door was fast and quick without any problems. Installed new door while I watched without any problems. Friendly installer answered all my questions. Great job and good price.

We called and they scheduled someone to be out within two hours. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem, repaired the broken spring and then lubricated the hinges and gave the door a general "look over" to "tune up" any problems. He then cleaned up the area and left everything in good condition. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
