They had the most reasonable price. They spoke to my dad because I was not home, explained what they would do and stuck to their word. They were punctual, it only took them an hour to do the work and left me their business card.

It turned out good. The price was also good.

The estimate was right on target. The work was completed as planned. They were courteous and provided great service.

Last week a spring on my one-piece garage door broke, so after checking reviews for garage door service companies on Angie's List I arranged to have Eudy replace all four springs. I called on a Thursday and made the appointment for the following Wednesday morning. On the morning of the appointment I received a call letting me know the technician would be arriving within half an hour. He was on time and replaced the four springs in about 30 minutes. Then he checked to make sure everything was working properly and lubricated the drive train of the garage door opener. Overall it was a positive, hassle-free experience. One thing I would comment on, however, is the technician's tendency to engage in excessive small talk that at times veered towards political issues and at others towards personal questions. I would avoid this in future because other customers might take greater offense than I did.

It was an advertised special. I would recommend them. The price was excellent. It took about half an hour to do the work. The hygiene of the man they sent out was very poor. He wasn't clean and his hair was dirty. It didn't look like his teeth had been brushed. He was not presentable so I called and told them.

My garage door spring broke on Thanksgiving day, trapping my car inside.The next day I called Eudy's at 8am and they were able to give me a same day appointment with a service window of 10-12. On the phone I was quoted a cost of 145 for the repair and that was how much it would have cost if I didn't use the Angie's list coupon ($15 off). I got a call 20 min before he showed up. He asked me to pull my car up a little so he'd have more room for repairs. The job took less than an hour. He noted that I have a 70's model opener and said that we were very lucky that it hadn't died yet. He didn't try to sell me a new one, just said that I should keep using the one I have until it quits. He actually said this twice in our conversation. My overall impression is that Eudy's has friendly, efficient and honest service. I honestly don't know how my experience could have been better.

I found Eudy Door Co. on Angies's List and they had a high rating with excellent reviews. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were exceptionally courteous and thoroughly explained the process, probable options, and estimated costs. They called when en route to our home and arrived promptly at the appointment time. The service technician checked the lubrication of the moving parts and also all door adjustments but was unable to duplicate the malfunction. He gave us a likely cause (a problem with the Genie's internal electrical circuitry) and told us that the cost of parts & repairs would probably exceed the value of the unit because the Genie is about 6 years old. He gave us a brochure on a recommended high-quality replacement garage door opener. Then, after having been here for an hour troubleshooting, he left without charging us anything! GREAT SERVICE!! And when the time comes to replace (or repair) our Genie, we'll will call Eudy Door Co. again.

Jeremy came out to inspect and get our old garage door working properly. He replaced rollers with new one. Cleaned and inspected hinges, bearings, springs, opener rail, adjusted the track, checked cables, spring tension and opener reverse, and checked photo eye alignment. All was done professionally and in a timely manner. When he was done our garage door acted as if it were new - quietly and efficiently. We were very happy with the work. And had them come back again for another issue that took place later. We will certainly use them again in the future.

The company called an hour before the appointment to confirm and the service person arrived exactly on time. They told me that my garage door appeared to be in good shape and that it did NOT appear to need any additional work, which impressed me.. Based on my experience I would definitely use their services again.

I missed the deadline for the special but I called the main office and they still honored the special price. The man in the office was extremely nice. The young man that came out was also very nice and appeared to know his "garage door opener stuff".

Called Eudy at 9:30am to explain strut on lower part of garage door had cracked and broken....courteous Andrea at Eudy gave me estimate after I explained problem & Jeremy was at my home right aroun d 11am...he was professional, efficient and courteous and I will definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors.....in fact, I already have!

A bolt holding an essential garage door bracket failed and it needed immediate attention. I contacted Eudy Door Co and the owner was very helpful and efficient in getting an appointment set right away for the same day. He gave me a window period for the service time, then called to see if I would like an earlier window period (which I did so the call was greatly appreciated) and then he called to advise that the sevice repair person would arrive within 15 minutes which was right at the beginning of the window period given. The service repair person was prompt, knowledgeable and not only fixed the initial problem but also addressed another problem in the making. I now have a workable garage door and am very grateful for the fast, efficient and effective service. They deserve the service award given them. I would call them again if I needed any other garage door needs.

My garage door hadn't worked in years. They put in new rollers. They did everything on time and did everything they could to get it to work, but since it is so old he couldn't get new remotes for them. I can get the door open. They did an excellent job. They also gave me an estimate on putting in a new system. I'm very pleased with them.

The whole experience with this company was very good. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement of the garage door.

We have needed a new garage door for a long time. The door that was on the house when we bought it was functional but lacked windows and curb appeal. Michael Eudy from Eudy Door Co. came out to inspect our door and provide an estimate. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about doors and patiently explained the options available. He took his time with me and taught me about doors so I felt more confident in what I needed and wanted. I was on the fence about getting windows and he convinced me I would be happy with them, without any pressure at all. He was right. I really like having natural light in the garage during the day. The installation was done the same week as the estimate. They were able to schedule a time convenient for me and the installer was right on time. He worked diligently and quickly, finishing in his estimated time. About a month after the install, I was having problems with my opener. I called back for help and Michael came out the next day. We talked through the problem and he again took the time to help me understand what was causing the problem. He adjusted the opener and I haven't had the problem since. He was polite and nice as usual. He also adjusted the spring on the door, no charge. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else for garage door service or sales. Great experience.

I got the service from Angie's Big Deal. Frank came and serviced the door (oil, adjust, replaced rollers, and test the door). Since the previous installers did not provide a perimeter vinyl trim, which left a slight opening on top of the door, I had Eudy do that too. Frank is very knowledgeable in what he does, and he did a great job.

It was a pressure free adjustment to a 17 year old garage door. The door needed adjusting, including a metal place that had previously fallen off. The door rolls better , much more smoother now.

Another company would come and repair the garage door once every six months because it was never repaired correctly on the first attempt. I located this company from Angie's List and hired them 2years ago. The door has not had any issues since. I am a happy customer.

I called Eudy Door Co. to help me with my garage issues and I also requested that remote controls be made for my garage as well. Jeremy came to my home within the time frame of my appointment. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He tried different things in order to fix the problems with my garage. I ended up needing to replace the sensors on my garage door as well as some wiring to the unit itself. He also reprogrammed my unit and made 2 garage door remote controls for me. Using the Angie's List coupon, I saved $15.00 for the total service. I was very pleased with his work and he did an excellent job describing the problems I had with my garage as well as diagnosing the issues with it. I would use them again if I needed any garage door issues.

Prior to this repair, I hired another garage door repair company to fix and tune up the garage door and remote. Included on that work list was to replace the batteries in the back up unit. The other company charged $149, plus the Angies List special price of $49 for a tune up and told me that he didn't know anything about the back up battery. I purchased the unit at Home Depot five years ago, so I don't believe it is an exotic type of garge door opener. It has a battery back up unit that allows me to enter and exit the garage during a power outage. i contacted the manager of the other company and asked if someone else would check the unit and he suggested I call the person who installed the unit orginally. He offered to come back to the house and install the battery after I purchased it. That additional call would cost another $96. Went on-line and ordered the battery and called Eudy Door Com They sent a technician out the same day I called. He was prompt and courteous. After installing the new battery the unit failed to reset itself, which likely means that it needs a new circuit board. I have ordered the board and Eudy only charged me $25.00 for the call since he was unable to complete the repair. The garage door works better now than it had after the other service worked on it. The technician also lubricated the door and opener and now the door is almost silent. He also replaced the battery in my remote which was also not functioning well. I will definitely call them when the circuit board arrives.
