They were friendly and responsive. They came out the same day I called. I was grateful that they did not charge me for a simple fix. They were willing to let me hold onto the deal until I could use it in the spring. I really appreciated their honesty.

He was on time and checked to make sure I would be home. He did a good job and I was happy with that service. They really knew what they were doing.

Mr. Willis was punctual, and he was very courteous. He asked questions about my plumbing needs. I told him about the bathroom faucet, and how I could not turn on the cold water. Only the hot water worked. I also showed him the shower. The base where the turn on and off unit was loose. He explained to me why that was occurring. He replaced 2 shower heads for me with water saving shower heads. Initially Mr. Willis went to Home Depot and some other hardware stores to find a part to fix the bathroom faucet. No one carried that part. I had a feeling that might happen so when Mr. Willis returned , he installed a new bathroom faucet which I had bought earlier since I wasn't sure if parts could be found for the old faucet. This duplex is approximately 30 years old and I think that this is the first time that the bathroom faucet had to be replaced. I am truly thankful that I did business with Mr. Willis and I am glad that I found him on Angie's list.

This company is totally professional. After getting the appointment rescheduled for the next day, they made me a priority the next morning and offered a discount for the oversight and inconvenience. Good Plumbing is our #1 choice for plumbing issues from here on out. They did an Awesome and professional job, great service I really appreciate the patience. Instead of only doing one shower faucet stem he had to replace the washers on both the cold and hot because of cold stem leaking. Great job, will recommend to friends and family.

The entire procedure went just as he said it would. He found the multiple brakes in the sewer line. They dug about 8 feet from the tap at the house and a hole behind the garage were the sewer line ran. The digging and the drainage were an issue but Thomas and his crew never let up. Once the prep work was completed they started the Trenchless line installation which was amazing to watch. Once the line was entirely in place the back filled the 2 holes and left both areas looking as if they had not been there to do any work. The price he quoted is what he stayed at even though the problem turned out to be bigger then expected. I would recommend him to everyone I know who needs any Plumbing issues.

Fantastic! Purchased the $79 Deal to cover the shower head and toilet repair. When Thomas called to schedule the appointment he asked more about the toilet (installed 1991) and politely suggested a replacement would be better. He also had a special deal to get a well rated new toilet from the local Big Hardware store that was normally $150 but was on sale for only $99. Great! On the day of the service Thomas and his assistant were right on time. They are both extremely professional and friendly and the work was done very well. He showed me all the facets of the completed work and tested the hardware in my presence. Thomas is a very engaging person and we had a pleasant conversation while he processed the paperwork. As I was also having a small issue with my dishwasher, I asked just for his opinion. He said he really shied away from d-washer repairs barbecue of past problems with other customers , but he was happy to inspect the unit finding the upper spray arm was loose and the O ring was missing. Without hesitation he went to his truck and got some rings, putting one on and giving me two spares. Now that my friends is truly great customer service!! I found Thomas and Drain Masters both to be honest, professional and helpful. If I ever have a bigger job, like re-piping or sewer line repair I would call them in a heartbeat!

He never called back and his licensing never checked out.

This is the second time I have used Drain Masters. They replaced my main sewer line with trenchless technology and ran into an additional issue which was not anticipated when they made the original bid. The prior homeowner had connected a second line outside the home to the main line. Thomas and Cardell connected that up to the new line promptly and did not charge me extra for it. Thomas' bid was really a bid -- not an estimate. I see other reviewers have commented that Thomas explained well what the customer needed and why. It's really true. I understood every step of the way, and learned a lot about plumbing. They sent me photos via phone when I could not be home to see what they were doing. These guys are fantastic. The job they did was really big, and they left my yard and home clean, looking like they were never there. They had to dig up a walkway to get to the line, and when I got home I expected to have to call the landscaper to fix the walkway. But it looked like they had never been there! No job seems to big or too small. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every single little thing related to the plumbing was working well in my home. Thomas replaced the hardware in my kitchen sink while waiting for the city inspector to arrive. He has been in the business for a long time and his experience shows. They respond quickly, show up on time (even though I live in Davis), and work efficiently. I would never call anyone else for a plumbing issue, no matter how big or how small it is.

I called JRW plumbing. Being a holiday weekend John, of JRW Plumbinbing was out of town. But he referred me to Thomas of Drain Masters. Thomas and his helper came out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He xplained my options. I gave him the go-ahead and they got to work. I would say that within two hours thay had the leak fixed. Thomas called me out to look at the fix. Then I paid with a credit card and they went to work to fill the hole, put the mulch back in the flower bed, wash off the cement and that was ti. Good job.

First off, he took my telephone call. I did not have to leave a message. He was in the general area and was able to work me in on his schedule after only a couple of hours. When I mentioned Angie's list he made good on his promise for the coupon included for the discount using this service. He showed up on time and when I described what was needed he went right to work. He not only fixed the problem I called about, but he also exceeded my expectations by hooking up the rest of the guts inside the back of the toilet which I thought I was going to need to complete myself. Everything tested perfect and he made mention that it was his intention to make sure i was satisfied.

.Thomas was exceptional! He came out and inspected the damage. Put together a bid and patiently walked me through the process needed for the job and why I needed to consider copper piping. He also had already lined up the copper supplier (Stockton) that carried my unusual 1 1/4and quot; pipe size. He did all of this via text because I was working all day and with 5pm sunsets; time was of the utmost importance! Once I accepted his bid, Thomas arrived with his crew and commenced to hand digging the entire front area needed to expose the pipe. He worked all day Friday and came back on Saturday to complete the job. He ran into an unexpected problem when attempting to connect the newly installed main line to the original house pipe line-it was soldered together! He was unable to unscrew and reconnect. This meant cutting the piping. He regretfully was NOT going to be able to complete the job on Saturday because the shop for the parts had closed. He felt bad because I had been without water for 3 days now. He explained how he was going to rebuild the entire section and even upgrade it because the original installation did not have a separate shut off switch for the sprinkler system. He explained that if something had happened to the sprinkler system the only way I could shut it down was to shut down my entire home. The switch would allow me to just shut down the sprinklers. Sunday morning Thomas and crew returned to complete the job. I had shared with him that I had sought 3 bids and another plumber had broken my faucets. I wanted to know if he could install them and I would pay additional. When Thomas heard about how the plumber reacted to my request to replace the broken faucets, he told me what to look for in purchasing new faucets. He returned on Monday and graciously put them in; only charging me for the new hot/cold water lines he had to acquire as the original home had different piping. I would hire Thomas in a heartbeat if ANYTHING goes wrong with my pipes-inside or outside! Thank you Thomas and crew! It was a sincerely a great experience and you made sure that I completely understood everything you installed both under the ground and at the house level! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thomas answered the phone instantly the first time I tried to call, and was at my house promptly at our appointment time. He and his assistant were wonderful communicators, using plain clear language and even videos of their work to explain what they needed to do. They worked well together. They allowed me to watch every step of the way as they cleared my sewer line. Thomas explained and demonstrated why the line needs to be replaced, which is something I had already been told but had not understood. They also explained what I did NOT need to have done, and they explained the and quot;anatomyand quot; of my plumbing system in a home which had been remodeled several times. They clearly were honest and knew their business. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. They showed me some ways I could save money, in addition to giving me a great Angie's List bargain. They had all the heavy equipment they needed to solve my sewer problem quickly. They fixed my tub drain mechanism lickety-split -- for free! They cleaned up after themselves and left my home and grounds clean. I felt vulnerable calling, as I knew little about plumbing. I was worried that they would have to dig under my house. They SHOWED me why not, and educated me about the process. I am confident I understand what the problem was and what they still need to do and I am more than happy to have them return to do the bigger job for me. If I have to have more plumbing work done in the future, I will have a better understanding of my system and will feel less vulnerable as a consumer as well.

Understand they are new to Angie's list, so this may be the their first review. Reached Tom directly on the phone at 7:15 AM. Explained my problem and told him I had to leave for a meeting in a few minutes. He volunteered to send someone right out, and said he would fix everything even through I would not be there. Tom asked me to take a photo of the broken pipe so he could determine exactly what he would need to complete the repair, He also told me not to worry about paying him because I would not be there....he would just send me an invoice. When I arrived home later in the day, everything was repaired and cleaned up. I called him to thank him for the quick response, and also to pay via credit card over the phone. Tom told me they checked the water pressure and checked for any leaks before they left (that is part of his policy). Great customer service and professionalism!
