Called several companies for estimates. The guy from Dick's Rancho Glass was the most down to earth and they were among the lowest price and they had Milgard which we preferred. They were here when they said they would be and did a great job on the install and cleaned up all their mess! Very nice company to work with.

They are very good. I have used them for years. They are very thorough. They do quality work. Overall they are excellent. Their price is average. I will probably use them again in the future.

I think they're very professional. It was a good experience.

We spent about $700 on that work. They were okay and they had to come out twice.

They gave a general quote over the phone, person on the phone was very friendly, but said an estimator would have to come out first. They gave me a 4 hour window 8-12 (this was in an empty house - so 4 hours seemed like a long time to wait) and then the estimator called at 12 and said he would be late. He was 20 minutes later than that. They gave one date to install the shower doors but didn't have the doors in stock so rescheduled another date. I was out of town for the installation. My Nephew said the installer came near the end of the 4 hour window. Shower doors look nice and work. If I had been there - would have asked the position of the doors be switched - but they work fine. The quote for a basic shower door for the odd size shower was $380-391 installed - this was similar to other glass shops and waaaay cheaper than Lowes custom order. The other quotes for European style (thicker glass and drilled in hardware) was at least $100 less than other glass shops (they said they were having a sale). Overall, everyone seemed nice and when I complained about waiting - they said they could have had the estimator call 30 minutes prior to meeting so I wouldn't have been stuck there.

Called them for an estimate. A guy came out--very disheveled looking and quite unprofessional. Turns out he was an installer. I don't mean to knock on these guys--they're hard working and I respect them immensely, but they should not be interfacing with customers in a sales or advocacy role. He said the company had fired all the salepeople and was sending out installers to do the estimates, which is why he was the guy who came out. This guy didn't know anything about anything. He could not provide any useful info to me about options for window replacement and the meeting was a complete waste of time. I immediately thought to myself: why would I ever want to go with your company? He gave me no confidence in his company. Would not use Dick's Rancho Glass for anything; there was NO focus on our needs, only on securing an order it seems. I was also not impressed with the professionalism of whomever I spoke with on the phone. I think she was a teenager or something. Also, their estimate came in $1000 higher than the company I eventually chose (and was very happy with).

They were excellent. They had done it before and knew exactly what to do. They gave us an estimate almost instantly and it was lower than the competition. They employee was punctual, professional and very good to work with.

I got the quote over the phone. They were okay except that they were a bit more expensive than another company. I didn?t use them. They were informative. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Allen and Roy arrived at the promised hour, started work right away, and didn't stop every 15 minutes or so for a "take five." And this on two hot sun days!. The next day was a repeat. They obviously knew their trade, and did it with humor and good-natured raggng. They both put in good, hard hours, and left the job site looking better than when they started. I''d hire them again without reservation. I recommend D**** Rancho Glass, and will go back again when a need arises.

From the first conversation to the window replacement, they were GREAT. They came out and checked out the window the day I called, and they replaced it within a few days. They have to send off for that because dual paned windows must be vacuum sealed. By the way this is for the San Juan location but the Rancho location seemed nice on the phone too. I never went to either storefront; they came to me. I told them the dimensions and they quoted me on the phone. I paid what they quoted. The new window looks great. Looks like there was never a problem.

It went smooth. The hardest part was making my decision to get it done and planning the financial part! Casey was the prime person on this job along with his assistants. He was on time and very professional and put me at ease from the start and really knows this business inside and outside. He also left my home, carpet, and outside yard, cleaner than when he started!! One of the perks was his offer to fix another window in another part of the house that was broken and recaulk the whole thing for free!! This was done in a very professional way as was the main job of installing the new windows.

Excellent service. Came out for estimate the day after I called. Gave sound advice & clear estimate. Received special order glass within days. Worked with our schedules to get job done. Extremely proficient, professional, personable team. Cleaned up when done. Very pleased with overall experience.

When we received the bathroom cabinets from the installer, the shelves were so thick it wasted space. We had this company custom make glass shelves for us and they did a great job, and now the shelf thickness is just right and looks great in the cabinet.

Excellent service. The estimator's visit was on time and efficient. The technician's visit was the same. Office personnel answered the phone immediately each time and gave me the information I needed without delay. I would definitely use them again.

THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE WAY MY NEW WINDOWS TURNED OUT. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS VERY WELL. THEY ARE OUTSTANDING ALL AROUND.

THE WORK THEY DO IS VERY POOR. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY FUTURE WINDOW WORK I NEED DONE. AFTER A WEEK THE DOOR THAT THEY DID FOR ME WAS FALLING APART. THEY WERE ALSO RUDE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE WINDOWS. THEY HAD THE WORK DONE IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION.
