The workman was professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. The job was performed very quickly and the workman did an exceptional job cleaning up after the work (i.e. glass fragments). Hopefully, I don't get a broken window any time soon, but I will use this company again.

The whole job was finished in less than an hour!! You could not ask for better service. I highly recommend Dick's Rancho Glass. Kevin, Alex and Ethan are "a breath of fresh air" when it comes to professionalism. These guys ARE pros.

Dick's Rancho Glass did a great job re-screening some torn screens I brought into their shop. I had three screens done and they look fantastic and price to have them repaired was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Our 7 foot high sliding glass door would not open properly and required roller replacement. One phone call to Dick's Rancho Glass accomplished a lot. They discussed our concerns and provided an estimate and advised that two people were required due to the height of the door. They showed up on time on a very rainy day and did the work inside the kitchen without making a mess. The door works like new. Great job! Thank you.

called Dick's Rancho glass to replace a broken glass on a commercial door on Friday 12/4, they came in on Monday the 7th to take measuement and replaced the glass on the 8th. For a retail shop open for business, it is considered too long. I had the same door glass replaced before the following day. The people were professional and did great job. I also had diplay canibet glass replaced. The first time, they delivered the wrong thickness glass and the second time they forgot the notch in the glass. They finally got it right after 3 weeks of waiting. The price was about 20% higher than my last job with another local competitor.

Their estimate representative was very professional and was also the installer. I give him a high grade. The only hiccup came when their supplier sent Dick's a wrong size glass. Dick's corrected this in a couple of days.

The 60-year-old shower door in our 1-bath Upper Land Park house shattered just before New Year's, and we needed a complete replacement quickly. We called Dick's based upon their AngiesList rating. Despite the intervening holiday, they came out for the estimate visit (right on time) early the next week, and sent us the estimate later the same day. We only wanted something basic and functional. They gave us a few good choices of materials but didn't try to up-sell us. The installation guys came early in the 12-to-4 window they scheduled us for, and were quick and thoroughly professional. The finished job looks good, and the door and frame feel sturdy. Altogether, a very trouble-free transaction. Would recommend, and use again.

They refused to help. I asked if they would repair two screen doors along with the front door glass. Project still too small.

They were fast, efficient and cleaned up well.

Goo, except that I requested a hole in middle for umbrella. I picked up table top and it was wrapped for transport. When I removed the wrap there was no hole. I checked the invoice and I had not been charged for it. I did not return the tabletop because I did not want to rewrap and return to store. I was having an outdoor event and there was not time to return and get it back before the event. I never contacted the store about the oversight.

I took the doors in, asked for the glass to be installed. They confirmed the details and said they would be ready in a couple of days. I went back and picked them up the day they were to be done. Everything went smooth.

Bill was so helpful when I went in looking for a frameless shower/tub enclosure. After explaining that if I wanted the frameless look it would have to be a very expensive and not entirely frameless door as it is a shower/tub combo. He then showed me a really nice looking shower screen with a custom cut edge. Which was less expensive and really looked great. I am very happy with the finished product. David Duarte came right on time and did the installation with his partner, they were very careful about protecting the new granite and tile in the bathroom, which I appreciated. I would definitely use D**** El Rancho glass for my next project. Prices are fair as well. I'm so glad my contractor sent me to them.

The estimator was professional, on time and did a great job measuring. My tile has ridges and the door opens and closes perfectly. The installer showed up on time and got right to work. I ordered cut glass at the top on one of them and it looks really nice. Something did happen to my order and several weeks went by with no communication so I called and it turned out one of my doors had not been completed so they had to put a rush on it. When they installed it, my master door had 2 sides and they were not the same height and the chipping wasn't very dramatic, so it had to be redone . Overall I give them an A because things do happen at times and I really liked how they handled it. There was a lot of positive, professional communication, they rushed my order to get it done right, and the finished product is beautiful.

Estimator arrived on a Thursday (the only day of the week that they conduct estimates in my neighborhood) and measured the broken windows (and fixed window operator problems, on two other windows, on the spot, at no charge). Repair estimate was emailed to me the next day. I called to place my order and deposit. Window was installed before the estimated completion date.

I found them in the Yellow Pages. To replace the doors would have cost me $6000 per door. It was old sliding doors. They are quick and know what they are doing. They are polite and it was easy. They have been in business for a while. They came and got the job done. They open easily now. They left the door in and they got it done in less than an hour. They did the job and it worked. I recommended them to my mother in law.

I had several failed seals in my windows and asked Dick's to provide an estimate to replace them. Alex came out to assess all the windows I was concerned about and gave me a really honest opinion on which ones needed to be replaced. He also did a fast and fantastic job installing the new windows a couple of weeks later at a great price. The whole experience was terrific and I am exceedingly happy with my new windows!

I just picked up stuff from them about 2 years ago. I just took some frames and they put mirrors in them for me. They just did what they said they were going to do and it was quick. They had it done within a day and they did it right.

As usual D**** Rancho Glass is outstanding. We needed 3 windows retrofitted and a sliding patio door installed. Casey who handles these type of installs was amazing. He has been with D**** Rancho Glass for quite sometime and has always done quality work. Bill who schedules the work and Ashley who is in the office are extremely responsive with their emails, phone calls and status. This is the only company I would consider doing our work. We still obtain bids, but end up using them every time.

It was an excellent experience. Allen came out to give us an estimate on repairing our sliding glass door. I pointed out what appeared to be some failed seals in the double paned windows. Allen stated that the frames were fine, and he could just replace the glass for significantly less than the cost of replacing the entire window and frame. We agreed to his proposal. We took some time to think it over, and I eventually contacted the office to get the job done. The staff was amazing. They provided a very thorough offer, breaking down various options for us. They always answered the phone or called me back immediately the next morning. Allen did an amazing job... truly. The windows look great, the workmanship was excellent and the price was very reasonable. These folks know what they're doing and their work is top notch. I highly recommend them.

A tech came to the house figured out what rails were needed, left and returned a couple days later and completed the repair. A price was quoted over the phone and the repair turned out to be half of the agreed upon quote.

Estimate seemed very high so did not have service performed.

The initial contact was to give me an estimate and some suggestions for my project. Steve was timely and pleasant to deal with. He had great suggestions and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. I decided on an enclosure, agreed on an install date and they showed up on time. The install went perfectly and I am completely satisfied with the results.

They arrived later than expected but they did call to let me know they were running late that day. When they did arrive, they quickly got to work and replaced the windows without incident. The replacement windows looked an exact replica of the original. During installation they removed blinds and then later put the blinds back in after they finished. They estimated the job would take about 45 minutes and they were done in about 30 minutes. They fully answered my questions even as they worked. I could tell from their answers that they had pride in their work and their company. I was so impressed that I asked them to give me a quote on repairing a sliding glass door (which I accepted about a week later). I'm a very happy customer!
