They removed old glass. It just lifted off. It was simple. Nothing complex.

As usual an excellent job. What I really like about this company is they will come out to measure the job and give you a real estimate. No surprises. Good communication, professional experienced people. I have used D**** glass before and have never been disappointed. They stand by their work and don't nickel and dime you.

We use Dick's all the time for glass and we're real happy with them. For everything:--car windows, repairs--they're excellent. They're a good and reputable company that has been in the area for many years. They are fair and competitive with their prices. I'll absolutely use them again. They've done so much for us.

After our contractor promised us shower doors, we had to find them ourselves. We gave the contractor's measurements to Dick's. The doors were a FOOT too short and we had to reorder them with the correct measurements. When they arrived, we had Dick's install them. It was a premium job well done! But, that's not all, Dick's tried to sell our bonus doors and did. We were refunded almost the entire cost of the wrong doors! We love Dick's Rancho Glass!

Came out promptly to give me an estimate and waived the $35.00 fee when I signed with them. We were able to conduct a lot of communication through email which was very helpful to me. They scheduled a window to perform work and called shortly before arrival. Quality of work and materials were outstanding and the job site was left very clean. Installer was professional and speedy. Couldn't be happier with this company.

My shower door was leaking and had caused dry rot in the bathroom. Therefore I went to Dick's R. Glass to see what kind of door they had that could be assured not to leak. Apparently there isn't any shower door that can be guaranteed not to leak, so I chose the one that was most cost effective as well as being a good performer. DRGlass gave me a date where someone would be out to measure my enclosure. That technician was prompt and professional . There was a little question regarding the height of the shower door, but it was resolved without problem. After the measuring, DRGlass gave me a date when they would be able to install and that too went well. We did have a problem , after the install, where the gutter at the bottom of the door was not slanted to encourage water to return into the shower pan. Therefore , when the door was opened after showering, water was remaining in the gutter and would slosh out on the bathroom floor. I phoned Dick's again and they promptly came out and were able to re-angle the gutter satisfactorily. Bill, the manager at Dick's R. Glass, was very patient w/me throughout the entire process as I had many questions. All in all I was pleased w/their promptness of service and professionalism, but thought that they were somewhat pricey compared to a few other estimates I had received.

I was really pleased with the service and product. Great work, professional and responsive service. Couldn't have asked for more and would use them again in a minute.

The window had to be glazed. They did a good job.

They were fine. I just didn't go with them but I will go back. They were great and I will recommend them. I have nothing bad to say about them.

I have lived on a golf course for over 7 years and although I find plenty of golf balls in my yard, I never had a window broken; until now. I also had a few windows that had broken seals so I called Dick's Rancho Glass to come over and give me an estimate. They were prompt and courteous and took samples of the broken glass back to figure out the type of glass that was required. After several calls to me to help them understand the type of glass they offered me several options for the replacements. Once I decided, they returned promptly to do the job. The technicians were fast and courteous. Overall a very positive experience and I will happily use them again in the future.

I gave them a deposit and they got the windows manufactured and they actually came back earlier than they initially promised and replaced them.

They were quick and the quality of work keeps me coming back to them. I will use them for all my future glass and mirror needs.

Very well. They did what they said they were going to do for the quoted price. They did a good job and got it done quickly.

It's been a few years but remember well the excellent job (professional and good price) they did.

I asked for a piece of glass custom fit for a cut out in my wall in my home. After receiving the piece of glass, it turns out I had measured it erroneously. Dick's Glass recut a new piece of glass for me at a reduced cost to me even though it was completely my fault. So very nice of them. Wonderful customer service not often seen these days.

Once the replacement glass with the built in door was completed, installation went well. They also replaced the broken springs on 2 windows. Cleaned the tracks and sprayed silicon for smooth operation on the windows ans slider. Love the built in pet door. Now I have the full slider to use instead of 18".

The sliding door slides like new. The screen door was ready for pickup in two dayswhen promised, and I installed it myself. It fit perfectly.

The owner and his crew arrived on time and completed all work by end of work day. I was very pleased with results. The crew was professional, polite, courteous, and organized. I could not be happier with the results. As other older double pane windows fail I will use Dick,s Rancho Glass to replace them. It is a local Mom and Pop shop that has been in business for years. I would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone. The owner is a great person to hire.

It went very well. A minor issue arose with one of the sliders. They were prompt at returning to fix it at no charge.

In general, it was good. Work went as scheduled and was done well.

Replaced spring mechanisms on 4 windows. Built screens for 4 windows and re-screened on 7 windows. Installer (Steve) was prompt & professional. Walked through entire house (I recently purchased) with me to check function of windows. Advised me on cleaning and maintaining window tracks to maintain good function. Explained process to me as he replaced spring mechanisms. I did not obtain quotes from other providers so I can't compare the price charged. Steve provided a quote before work was undertaken and it seemed reasonable to me.

They sent a knowledgeable person to evaluate and provide cost estimate. They efficiently installed all the windows on the day we agreed, and cleaned up after themselves. (They were clearly over-booked that day, and arrived much later than agreed, but they got it done.) Both of the installers (glaziers?) were professional and personable. We would definitely use them again.
