Description of Work: Fixed sliding doors in shower. Rollers wore out. Two young men came. Very professional and thorough. Originally, went to shop expecting we might have to replace doors but lady waiting on wife and I said perhaps the best and least expensive solution was to try to replace rollers, $149 later it was best and fairest solution. Dealt with this family-owned company many years before and recalled we were also happy with them then as well. Will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced windows in the kitchen and master bathroom. They were on time when they came out to measure and they called when the windows arrived for an install appointment. They were again on time and cleaned up all areas. Very professional in every respect. Best price after all the research I conducted. I need more work done and I will call/use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced patio slider with three sections.Process took a couple months due to county code problems with door ordered.Had to settle for different door which caused the delay.The experience was fine and I would use again.The reason for B grade was them not knowing the code for thermal properties of doors in Sac county.

Description of Work: One side of my walk-in shower door hasn't worked for years. The rollers at the top had broken. My sliding glass door lock also didn't work correctly, though if you knew the trick you could get it to lock. The crew initially came out to look at both for a repair estimate. I received a call from the office the next day. The repair estimate was high enough that I asked how much it would cost to replace the shower door. The woman I spoke with was patient and polite, as I had to measure the door for her to give me an estimate. A new door only cost about twice as much as the repair, and since my shower door was 30 years old, it made sense to replace it. She asked for a $100 deposit to order the door. The worker who came to install it was great. My new shower door looks fresh and works, and my sliding glass door now locks without having to mess with it. I was very pleased with Dick's Rancho Glass, and would recommend the company.

Description of Work: The cut a piece of plexiglass for and fitted it into an aluminum frame. Warned me the plexi might crack during cut but they got it right the first time.

They did all the work and we were pleased with result. The second was the purchase of a sliding glass door for a DYI project. They were very helpful in helping us figure out what we needed.
